The Stranger..

(Edelgard POV)

I walked down the pathway back to the monastery, god this place was horrid. But I told myself I would go on a mission by myself so here I am..so I couldn't really complain. It took all of my heart and soul to convince Hubert to let me go..so luckily I was able to go all by myself.

The mission itself however wasn't too complicated, all I had to do was help some villagers go and do their trading business and what not. But now I had to do the hard part and that was getting back to the monastery, I was too tired so I walked slowly dragging my axe behind me.

I was about to make a turn when something grabbed me, I turned around to see about three bandits behind me smiling with joy. "Well well, young lady would you ever be so kind to hand us whatever coins you have to offer," he grabbed a small knife out of his waist pocket, "or I might have to kill you instead."

I tried to lift my axe but I couldn't the man's grip was too strong and my strength wasn't as good..

The man hit me with his fist knocking me to the floor, my vision began to get blurry. The man walked over to me and was about to strike me with the knife until...a blue haired person came and pushed him out of he way.

He stood in front of me..protecting me. I looked up at the man..he turned around at me and said something but I couldn't hear him. With one last glance at the man I closed my eyes to see never ending darkness...
