(Male Byleth x Edelgard) The Forgotten Past..(COMPLETED)

With You....

(Edelgard's POV)

I ran over to Byleth and placed his head on my lap, "Byleth! Please don't die on me...I have so much to say to you right now." Byleth turned his head and smiled at me, "Sure...I'll try." He groaned and clenched his wound.

I placed his head back down on the ground and ran to his horse, luckily he packed a small amount of medicines and wraps. I ran back to Byleth and began to clean his wound and wrap it up. He flinched a little and squeezed my hand tightly, "O-ouch!" I whimpered. 

He opened his eye and released his grip on my hand, "Sorry Edelgard..." I shook my head and placed my hand on the side of his head. "No...you don't have to apologize for anything..." Byleth smiled and was able to sit up on his own, he leaned on my shoulder and let out a long sigh.

"So...why did you follow me?" 

I gulped trying to think of where to start. "I wanted to apologize to you. For saying those rude things that I have said to you, I will do anything to repay for what I have said...and I also wanted to tell you that...I remembered everything Byleth...from our childhood." Byleth lifted his head up and looked at me straight in the eye, "That's.....great." he said, sitting up straight.

"So....I guess we should head back to the monastery. Who knows what might lurk around here."  But Byleth shook his head, "No...let's just stay the night. I'm sure that if we leave at night then we would have even more trouble." I nodded realizing how correct Byleth sounded. I nodded and stood up, "Well then, I'll get some firewood." Byleth nodded as I walked I to the forest to grab firewood. By the time I came back it was already dark, I walked back and stopped instantly as I noticed Byleth was shirtless. I turned around and made some firewood drop in the process, Byleth heard me and laughed a little.

"Shut up and get dressed you idiot." I said, trying to hide my blushing face. Byleth scoffed and I could feel him wrap his arms around me and I felt my face heat up as he whispered in my ear, "Oh come on nothing wrong with me not having a shirt on." I kicked him and made him stagger backwards a little.

"Ow." He said playfully. I sat in the middle of the small area and began  to make fire. Byleth sighed and grabbed some food from his horse's sash, he sat down next to me and glanced at me.

"Yes?" 

"Well....I thought about what you could do to repay for what you said to me."

"Oh and what's that?" 

"A kiss."

I flinched and turned to him with a surprised expression on my face. I could feel my heart beating as I asked, "A k-kiss!?" Byleth smiled and pulled me closer to him. "Yeah....unless you would rather become my maid for a few days instead." I shivered at the thought of being his maid.

"Just..one kiss right?"

Byleth nodded and was about to say something until I brought my lips to his and kissed him softly. I parted from him...and wished that I could do it again. Byleth smiled and wiped his lips with his thumb. He then brought me closer and sighed, "I'm sorry Edelgard...that was just too sloppy." I scoffed with annoyance and tried my best to cool down my face.

"Whatever....you said only one and I did one."

"Well could it at least be a good kiss."

I sighed and turned away from Byleth, "Fine....one last one." Byleth smiled and pulled me closer to him and kissed me. I moaned a little which made Byleth smile. We parted and I knew that he could tell..I didn't want it to end. 

He kissed me again but harder, I wrapped my hands around his neck as he  brought me closer to him, then next thing I knew I was on his lap. He wrapped his hands around my waist and we still continued kissing. Soon enough Byleth tried to take my shirt off but I grabbed his hand and stopped him. 

"Please..... not too far."

Byleth sighed but understood why I didn't want to go too far. "Well..I guess you have repaid your debt....darling." I blushed as he called me "darling" but I also blushed because..I wanted to keep going still. Byleth must've felt my reluctance and kissed me, "Do you wanna keep going?" He asked with a grin. I paused for a moment before saying, "Y-yes." I blushed harder as Byleth nibbled my neck. He then looked back at me and kissed me over and over and over again....

The moon shined bright in the night sky ..brighter then it ever had before...
