A loud neigh of horses began screeching from outside after reading the note. "Shit, what was that?!" they panicked while hiding from the knight that just bashed in. "Where is it? Where is it?! Where is Excalibur!" the knight kept on repeating himself. Once the black night left, they went out from their hiding spot and took the scroll that he left. "I seek the very blade that can not only kill a king but a God. The infamous sword of Excalibur has been planted to a sealed stone by King Arthur and can only be held by a worthy king. Unfortunately, Arthur was killed by a traitorous knight he once trusted. Be wary for the black knight has returned to seeking the same thing you seek." Rafa read the scroll. "Look, it's Camelot!" Phillip pointed at the new place on the map. They snuck their way to Camelot to avoid black knight's vision. They took a turn pulling the Sword in the Stone (Excalibur) and no one was worthy enough to take it. "None of us are too pure for this worthy type of thing. On the plus side, there's a note attached to the sword." Bertrand sighed. "Only the wise magus can unveil the secrets of the sword." he read the paper. Keiona immediately knew that it meant they must find Merlin, the legendary enchanter. They decided to go to the violet beam that came from the sky. "Merlin?!" she questioned the chained old man. "Don't come any closer, please." Merlin feared. "We're here to help. Why are you chained?" Nashira comforted him. "Thank the Gods! That evil witch bitch Morgana chained me to this enchanted chains where I can't use my powers! You must find my spellbook and return it to me. My memory is a bit blur but all I can remember is that I left it in the dinners table, back in the museum." Merlin explained.
"Is it the witch's spellbook? Cuz I can do magic if y'all wanted me to." Bertrand joked. "I don't think so. Reconsidering the book turned to dust along with the witches." Phillip replied. They went to the gorgeous dining room where supposedly Merlin's spellbook is located. The noticed a small chest with a 4 numbered lock lying around in one of the pantries. After a short glance around, Keiona found broken pieces of plates with 4 numbers written in each them. "This is so confusing! There's like 5 broken plates and in each of them is 4 numbers while behind it is another number. All these numbers make me wanna rip all my hairs out." she frustrated. "What if the number behind it is the order of the number needed for the locks. Since there are 4 numbers, maybe its that number in the 4 number pile. It's hard to explain but for example; Behind this plate is number 2. On the plate, itself are 4 numbers 5,7,3,4. Maybe 2 is for 7 and the 2nd order for the lock." Rafa tried to explain. No one understood him so he just gathered all the numbers and let the other put it in the lock.
Nashira's Confessional: Honestly, Rafa is genius but sometimes he speaks gibberish. Like, hello? Speak English!
"It opened!" they exclaimed and took the spellbook back to Merlin. "Took you long enough," Merlin said as he received the spellbook. "Your welcome, bitch." Bertrand sassed. "In sermonibus his liberabo te ut vincula mea." the magus chanted and freed himself from the chains. "I believe you're searching for the Excalibur. To be crowned as the all mighty king, you must drink the tear of the Lady of the Lake. To obtain that rare item, you must obtain the pure heart of King Arthur and cleanse his cursed obsidian necklace over the young moon. Although I don't know where the necklace is, my wand may help you find it. The rest may follow me to the heart." he continued.
Rafa's Confessional: Why is it that we always split up?! It's always a bad idea!
Keiona and Nashira took the safer route and followed Merlin to the place where Arthur was killed, Isle of Avalon. The cold lonely grass was full of knight's dead bodies, making the yard smell vile. "Which one is Arthur?" Nashira asked while covering her nose, not trying to smell anything. "This is King Arthur's body." Merlin pulled a dead body. "Back in the days, people who were involved in the murder were considered as an unpure heart. Since he killed a lot of enemies, we must cleanse his heart. I have a spell that can do it but I may need the help of a diamond gem, where white magic comes from." he informed them. He pulled the heart from Arthur's body and Nashira gave him the diamond ring she received in purgatory. "Magia enim non plus ac meus. Sic praebueris vestra virtutem, in luna deam. Fiat semper propter opus atque mundatio ab altissimis tenebris premuntur nocte." he chanted while raising the bloody heart to the moon. It began glowing which meant the heart is now pure as cotton.
