The next day I was moving around the apartment in a daze, bumping into walls and hitting my sides on sharp table corners. What had really happened last night? I remembered dancing with Yoongi as if nothing else in the world mattered. When the dance had finished he had spoken the three words I had been waiting to hear. "I love you." But was it my imagination? He and the others had seen me off after the dinner party, making sure that I made it to my limo.

I could practically feel his intense stair following the elegant vehicle until we were far from his sight. He had given me his phone number just before the night had ended to ensure that he or I could get a hold of one another if ever needed. I had been pacing all morning wondering if I should shoot him a text or a call, but I could never bring myself to do so, my phone practically glued to my nightstand.

As if summoned by merely thinking about it, my phone began to ring, the music of Seesaw filling my apartment. I didn't give it much time to ring as I answered it hastily before realizing that I didn't even check to see who it was. To my surprise, I wasn't disappointed.

"(Y/n)... Its Yoongi." came his familiar dry voice over the speaker.

"Hey!... Hi-hi..." I took a deep breath to calm myself "What's up?"

"Bts is planning to do a music shoot in a week from today, cancel all plans and make sure that you are there." I stood there quietly, trying to remember if I had anything planned, then nodded.

"Ok. Did you need anything else?" I couldn't help the smile that played across my lips. Even though I could tell that he was trying to be cold to me, the three words he spoke to me at the ball ran through my head, making it hard to see him so coldly.

"A pet sitter."

"A pet sitter? What for?" I asked. I knew that Yoongi had a cute little dog, and I knew that he was normally away from the apartment and didn't get to spend much time with him. But normally they had a hired pet sitter or sent their treasured companions to stay with family members.

"The other sitter got sick last minute and we can't risk him getting any of the animals sick. Would you mind coming to watch over them for an hour?" He sounded sincere, which made sense because the situation concerned his own dog, Holly.

I shook my head, even though he couldn't see me "I don't mind at all. What time?"

After securing a time, I went over to the apartment complex to meet up with the boys, who were getting ready for an important meeting. The apartment complex was enormous! So much so that I had to crane my neck to look up at the top. There were expensive cars parked in the parking garage and several brand motorcycles. The flower beds were beautifully kept, the green grass refreshing and trimmed to perfection.

There were several water fountains scattered across the premise. The outside was nothing compared to the inside, littered with crystal chandeliers, expensive paintings and freshly cut flowers that gave a gentle fresh scent to the lobby. The apartment attendants were dressed sharply and all offered kind smiles, ready and eager to assist me if I approached them. Even though I didn't live here, I felt welcome. It was such a peaceful and quiet place...

Or at least it was until a small dog came tearing down the polished stone steps, its owner taking three steps at a time in order to catch up. The puppy's tongue pulled out the side of its mouth in delight as it evaded the large hands that reached to capture it. It's brown and tan fur was extremely fluffy, making its short legs appear even smaller, which caused the chase to be more humorous to watch. Suddenly, it made a beeline for me, to which I crouched down, hands lowered in preparation to snatch up the little runaway. The little pup did his very best to leap over my open hands, but I wasn't about to let him get past me.
