Naira's POV

I was returning back home from the hospital. I can't believe I'm pregnant. I'm carrying mine and Kartik's child inside me. I am very happy and excited. I'm gonna become a mommy again. This time I want it to be a boy. Kartik has two daughters, I want a son for myself. My little prince. He's gonna be a replica of Kartik.

I can't digest this news. How am I supposed to disclose it to Kartik? How is he gonna react? We decided not to have a baby for few years today morning and this....this is all sudden. But, I'm not gonna get rid of this baby. I can feel the magic grow inside me. I'm sure Kartik will understand. Everything will fall back in place soon. We just have to have patience. Everybody will take time to settle, but they will.

I reached home and found Kartik's car parked in the driveway. So, he's home with the girls. I parked my car and after coming out of the car paved my way towards the front door.

I turned the door knob and entered inside. Kartik was sitting on the sofa and sleeping and had his arms wrapped around Aadhira who was watching SpongeBob on the t.v with eyes wide open.

I took out my heels and placed it on the shoe rack.

I should stop wearing these heels now....

"Mommy", Aadhira looked at me and exclaimed. She freed herself from Kartik's grip and came running towards me and hugged me.

Little did she know that she was also hugging her little brother or sister.....

I smiled at the thought and caressed her hair.

The noise woke up Kartik and he opened his eyes, settling himself on the sofa. His eyes fell on me and he quickly got up and walked towards me.

"See I bought you brownies",I said and gave them to Aadhira.

"Wow brownies", Aadhira exclaimed with shining eyes, her mouth already watering. She grabbed them from me and ran towards the dining table to eat them.

"Share them with Naisha", I said her but she was too much engrossed in gobbling up the brownies.

"She doesn't have to do that", Kartik said as he approached me.

"But why, where is Naisha?", I asked confused, scanning the whole living room for Naisha.

"She's in her bedroom and grounded", Kartik replied.

"Grounded! But why?", I asked totally clueless.

"I got a call from the principal. They say that Naisha wantedly injured some kid during the games period by hitting her with a football. She's hospitalised now", Kartik explained.

"Oh God! How's the kid? Is she fine? Did you talk to her parents?", I asked.

"I apologised to them for Naisha's behaviour . The girl is doing fine but she fractured her bone and won't be able to come to school for a few days", Kartik replied.

"I can't believe Naisha did that", I said.

"Even I couldn't but Aadhira was the witness and I believe her. I did't raise Naisha this way. She's becoming very rebellious and outspoken. We need to reform her. So I prohibited her from watching television and reading comics for a week and she shouldn't come out of her room for a couple of days except for eating and only sit and study", Kartik said and I could feel the disappointment in his voice.

I looked at him clueless of what to say.

"Leave all those things, what did the doctor say?", Kartik asked.

Should I reveal it to him or not?

No, not so simply. I mean this has to be surprise for him.
