I was sitting on the back seat of the car. Dad was driving and Aadhira was sitting on the front seat blabbering some non sense that I hardly listened. But dad was enjoying listening her. I crossed my arms and stared out of the window, mentally cursing the father daughter duo.

We finally reached school. I quickly got out of the car and walked towards the entrance. Dad called me from behind. I sighed and turned and walked towards dad. Aadhira stared at me.

' Aadhira go to your classroom. I need to talk to your sister. '

Aadhira nodded and dad kissed her cheek. She waved him and walked towards the entrance gate.

Dad turned towards me

' What? ', I asked him least bothered.

' Don't talk to me in that tone, Miss Naisha Kartik Goenka, ' He said sternly.

I looked at him.

He sighed and cupped my face.

' Princess, I know this is hard for you. But please try to understand. Please don't behave like this. Naira will never hurt you. She will never let you feel your mom's absence. Please don't ignore her as well as Aadhira. Try to accept them. '

I looked at him with pain in my eyes.

' Dad, I thought at least you will understand me, you will stand by me but I had never accepted this from you. That woman can never take my mom's place. You have become so much blind in her love that you have not only forgotten me but also mom. How can you forget her? You betrayed us both dad, I hate you. '

I bursted my anger at him  with tears rolling down my cheeks. Dad looked shocked and hurt at my outburst. But I didn't care. He doesn't love me now. If he had loved me, he would have never brought that lady and her daughter home. I wiped off my tears and rushed towards my classroom.
