A Leak in the World.

Chapter One

BEEEEP BEEEEEEP BEEP BEP BEEP
" AHH" Marinette yelled. She had fallen asleep with her phone right next to her ear and now her alarm was blasting in her ear. Marinette groggily got out of bed and tripped on the way down the stairs into her room. " Marinette are you ok?" The littlw red kwami flew to her side. " Yeah Im ok" " WAIT. HOLD UP." Marinette rushed to her phone to check the date. Friday, October 13th. " YESSS" Marinette yelled. " what was that for?" Tikki asked, annoyed. " Today is Friday the 13th Tikki!" Marinette said walking into the closet. She came out a few minutes later in a black crop top hoodie with green lining and a green paw print on the front paired with a pair of deep black highwaised pants. And combat boots. "What do you think Tikki?" Marinette asked. She twirled around. " I think that if we dont get out of here in the next five minutes were gonna be late." Tikki responded. "oh... OH" and Marinette rushed out the door with a croissant in her mouth.

At school

Marinette ran through the front doors of the school just in time and headed into the locker room. As Marinette was at her locker a certain someone came up behind her. "WAHHHHHHHHHH!! ALYA!" Marinette screamed frustrated. " wow chill girl! It was just a joke." Alya said through laughter. " Hey, you still up for Halloween costume shopping after school today?" Alya asked. " Yeah" Marinette responded "And my mom said ok to the sleepover tonight!"
Since tonight was Friday the 13th, all of their friends were going out to go halloween shopping and then have an all nighter. Then the bell rang.

"Come on Alya, lets just wait a few minutes longer!" Marinette said as she clung to The girls arm. All of their friends had gathered in the park to go shopping. There was Alya, Nino, Alix, Kim, Juleka, Nathaniel, Rose, Melin, Ivan, Chloe, Sabrina. (Nobody knew why Chloe and Sabrina were here but they were. ) And Adrien, but he wasnt here yet. "Yo guys, I just got a text from Adrien!... oh.. he said he cant come." Everyone was sad. Adrien had always made things fun. But it was no suprise, his father rarely let him out. "Alright kids, lets go." Alya said and the group started walking to the store.

Marinette came walking down the isle of Costumes and bumped into Juleka. "Hi Juleka! Have you found what to wear yet?" Marinette asked the girl. "Uh-well-i-u know- i.no" Juleka mumbled. She walked along the isle and something caught her eye and she pulled it out. It was a stunning vampire coustume. It had a long black lace dress with ruffles and a pair of tights and some fake teeth. " Wow Juleka! Its beautiful! You would look amazing in it!" Marinette awed at the dress. " I wish mine was like that." Marinette frowned as she looked down at her own costume. She would have made her own, but it would have defeated the purpose of shopping. " you think?" Juleka asked. " Yes! Go for it. It will awe everyone!" Marinette replied. " well- ya kno- i- i dont know" Juleka mumbled as she stared to put the dress back when Marinette stopped her. "No, wear it. I promise it wont turn out bad." Marinette gave Juleka a confidence smile and Juleka clutched the dress with determination. "Ok! Ill get it" Juleka said.

Soon everyone had gotten their costumes and all headed back to their houses to get ready for the sleepover.

"Marinette, you should really be getting ready!" Tikki squeaked Marinette sighed " I know Tikki but im so sad! Adriens not coming. I was soo looking forward to spending the night with him." " But remember! All of your other friends will be there! You can still have fun!" Tikki said with encouragement. Marinette sighed again and continued kneading the croissant dough.

Later that night.

"Bye mom! Bye dad!" Marinettes parents were leaving for a play and were coming back the next day, so that Marinette and her friends were home alone. But they had left a camera in the corner of the room so nothing would happen.   Marinette closed the door and called her best friend. " Hey Alya!" Marinette said through the phone." Omg girl you house smells amazing!" " How do you know what my house smells like?" Marinette asked confused. " Because we can smell it from outside!" Just then the door burst open and all her friends came in the door. "Alya!! You guy are a little early dont u think?" Marinette asked. " Yes, but look who we brought." Alya said as she backed up. " Hi!" Adrien said waving.
