Jasannah's breath was stolen right from her lungs. "Those eyes..."

She slowly nodded, causing him to purr with delight. He swiftly dragged her to the center of the dance floor, spun her, pulling her closer to him and gave a her a soft kiss on her cheek. Her entire body was set ablaze. He chuckled deeply and caressed her hip, softly digging his thumb into her soft flesh.

They danced for hours, only taking breaks to feed together. The action itself was intimate, the way he never took his eyes off of her. By the end of the night, Xerxes and her were laying on the roof of the Castle. Jas was laying on his chest, snoring softly. Xerxes on the other hand was wide awake, staring at the beautiful woman sleeping on him. A small smile was tugging at the corners of his lips.

"Finally..." He whispered. "I have missed you. I've dreamt about this day for centuries. Finally I have you in my arms, you'll be safe here my Queen. You won't have to endure this life much longer. Just say yes, say yes and free yourself of this." He thought.

The voice came softly... "Say yes... Free yourself..." Almost like a dream, the voice was rich and demanding yet soft, almost as if he was silently begging her to take the offer. Her choice was clear.

"Yes..." She thought.

If his heart was beating, it would have stopped. He looked down at her and seen her captivating emerald eyes looking up at him.

"Are you sure?" He asked with a serious tone. "Do you fully understand what I'm asking you, what it means if you say yes?"

Truth be told, she had absolutely no idea what saying yes to him meant, though she knew in some way, saying yes to him would free her.

"Does it really matter? I wish to be free, you can offer me that... Can't you Xerxes?" She asked.

He purred at the sound of his name coming from her mouth. The Beast wanted to hear her scream it.

"Yes Kitten, it matters. Saying yes to me, is treasonous..." He whispered.

Jasannah leaned over him and placed a hand on his cheek. "I'm willing to take that chance." She said looking him in his crystal blue eyes.

Xerxes chuckled lowly, his laugh being cut short by The Beast's growl. The sound sent chills through her body.

"Say the word Kitten, I need to hear say it." He said wrapping his arms around her waist.

The nickname he had given her made the chills come faster. She was terrified of saying yes, but she knew she had to say it. It was on the tip of her tongue.

"Yes" She whispered.

Xerxes smiled and pulled her body on top of his; he moved one hand up her curves and slide it behind her neck, holding her in place. He kissed her. Softly at first, teasing, savoring the feeling of her soft lips against his. He flicked his tongue over her bottom lip, silently asked for permission to deepen the kiss.

She gasped at the touch of velvet tongue tracing her lip. He took that as a yes, he slipped his tongue past her lips and allowed it to dance over hers, dominating her mouth. A soft moan could be heard in her throat. He loved the way this felt but he knew it wouldn't last. He knew once he kissed her that way, the magick that was used to change her memories, would fade; leaving the ugly truth behind.

Her life was a lie. Everything she thought was secure, had just shattered to pieces. She quickly broke the kiss, a single tear kissed her bare freckled cheek. Xerxes stared at her shocked expression. He understood, everything she was made to forget had just tore through her fragile mind.

"Xerxes?... Is it really you?" She asked
