"How was Paris?!" Alex asks me.
"Great." I say and smile.
"We had a lot of sex though." Jay says and kisses my forehead.
"Too much information please." He says and laughs. We go to pick up Rose.
"Mom! Daddy!" She yells and hugs us.
"Was she good?" I ask Mrs. Connors.
"She was great! Very nice!"
"Good job little duck." Jay says and picks her up.
"Thank you daddy!" She says and hugs him. I smile.
"Well We better not be late for practice." I say.
"Bye mom." Jay says and waves goodbye and I do it. We walk out the door and Rose looks at me.
"Is Nolan going to be there?" She asks.
"Yes." I say.
"Your not going to date him ever." Jay says.
"Why not!?" Rose whines.
"He's way to old for you!" He says.
"No fair." She says and get in the truck. Another year of football! I hear from Jackson that a lot of guys that I know from past year aren't there. Mostly guys from other schools. When we get on campus I can stop smiling. I can't wait to tackle someone! Before Jay even stops I'm out of the car.
"Yes!" I scream laying on the field.
"Hey Jordan!" I hear a voice say. I look up.
"Liam!" I say and jump up. I hug him.
"I can't believe you go here!" He says. "I thought you were going to a bigger college."He say.
"Nope." I say and smile. I get tackled to the ground. Dark blue eyes.
"Hell no!" I scream. Ryan.
"Hey babe." He says.
"Get the hell off me!" I scream and push him off. "Why?! Why me?!" I pull on the ends of my hair.
"What have you been up to?" Liam says and try's to get Ryan to go away.
"I got married." I say. His eyes almost pop out of his head.
"To who?! I thought you were single?" He says.
"To me." I hear Jay say and he wraps his arms around me. Jay playfully punches Liam arm.
"Oh." Liam says and rubs his arm.
"Line up!" Coach yells. I run to the 50 yard line. I'm between Liam and Ryan. Hell. They look at each other the whole time. A guy stands next to Coach.
"I'm the head Coach." The guy says. No. "I'm you can call me Coach or Coach Devon which ever you will like."
"Have rules?" Nolan says. Coach Devon looks at me.
"No girls." He says. I almost pass out.
"You can't kick my mom off the team!" Rose yells from the bench. Liam catches me.
"You okay?" He asks.
"Yeah." I say.
"You can't." Jay protests.
"Oh I can." He says. I look at Coach. He looks at me with soft eyes then looks at the floor.
"Got anymore!? No guy under 6 foot?!" Nolan yells.
"Nolan." I say.
"I'm not going to let him kick you off!" Nolan yells. Jay walks over to me and puts his arms around me. I push him off me. He already thinks I'm weak.
"Let me just show you how good I am!" I say.
"The only reason you were on the High school team was because your father gave the school money. All your teammates knew it. Ask you little boyfriend." Coach Devon says. I look at Jay.
"Jordan-." He says. I walk over to Rose cutting him off. I just want to go home and cry on the bed.
"Lets go to the truck and wait for daddy." I say taking her hand and we walk to the truck. I get inside the truck. I start to sob. This can't be happening. Rose gets in my lap and cuddles next to me as I cry. I hate this. I hate crying. Im weaker. I watch as Jay's tryout. He's amazing. He got the band. Wait. He got the band! My heart drops. I watch as Nolan walks off the field to the truck.
"I'm not doing damn football this year." He says and gets in the truck beside me. "Not with out you. I don't care if your dad paid. Your still a amazing football player. Don't you dare say anything." He says and wraps his arms around me and Rose.
"He got the band." I whisper. "Jay's the quarterback."
I start to sob in Nolan's chest.
