"If he's not lying, then probably the rumors meant him.." si Khae na sinisipsip ang kanyang frappe.

"You mean the Salutatorian guy of UIC?" si Mich na ngayon ay problemadong nagtitipa ng maitatanong.

"Yup.. As you can see, Stanley is nothing but an asshole. Malabong siya ang tinutukoy ng mga sabi-sabi," matabang na bumaling si Khae sa akin na parang gusto niya isa-ulo ko ang lahat ng mga konklusyon niya.

I told Shaun that I'm going home alone. Noong una ay nagpumilit siya ngunit kalaunan ay pinagbigyan niya 'rin ako.

I don't want to go home either. Mama would really get worried the moment she sees me like this.

I called Michelle to meet me.. And now I have this three. Dien is busy texting but I know he's attentive with the conversation.

I don't want to bother them but I don't have anyone else to share this with. Sina Reyna at Shane ay hindi ko macontact. And I can't tell my Mama about this because she doesn't even know what's so big deal with the two.

"Hindi kaya ay pinaglalaruan nilang dalawa si Loise? Nabasa ko 'to eh.. In the end they're still siblings. Mas malagkit ang dugo.. Mas close. What if they're up to distract Loise and remove her in the rankings?" Michelle's mouth rounded in shock after she uttered those conclusions.

Mariing pumikit si Mary Khae at napahalukipkip. Finally, Dien set aside his phone as he shut it off. Inihilig niya ang ulo sa upuan.

"So you're saying that Shaun Malfuego used Stanley to distract Dyanarah.." si Dienvere.

"Uhuh.."

"Hmm.."

Hindi na lamang ako umimik at nanatiling tahimik. These are still speculations.. more like assumptions. But if ever these all happened to be true, I don't know if I can still have the audacity to keep going in school.

"But I have never seen the two get along.. I don't think they planned this up," Khae raised her eyebrows to Dien. Her eyes are more furious that I don't even know how this may look like, but Khae is sending some codes to Dien that probably both of them only know.

"Teka lang naman. Ba't parang pinoprotektahan mo pa si Shaun ngayon, twin? He lied to Loise!" si Michelle.

"He wasn't lying.. Dyanarah never asked-"

"She may have thought Loise knew-"

"That he's a Malfuego? Really, Aquitania?" the mood gets serious as the twins fought. Mas lalo ko tuloy pinagsisihan na sinabi ko sa kanila 'to. Ayokong makaabala at mandamay ng sakit sa ulo.

Michelle's jaw clenched as her twin cut him off. She doesn't really like it when Dien speaks.. especially when they don't agree with each other's opinions. They'll end up fighting and Dien always wins.

"I'm a man, Loise. Alam ko kung anong pakay ng isang lalake sa babae. Tsaka isipin niyo nga, muntik niya nang sugurin si Stanley noon. Why would he even bother to do that if they both planned this at the very first place?" sandaling napaisip ang dalawa. Hindi ko alam kung bakit pero unti-unti akong nakahinga ng maluwag. Parang nabunutan ako ng iilang tinik sa dibdib.

"It's still a no for me! He could've done that because he wants to shift with Stanley's job. Puwede namang naisip niya na Stanley is not doing his task enough that's why he'd do it himself," si Michelle at tuluyan nang nilantakan ang frappe sa harap.

Hindi na lamang umimik si Dien at pinabayaan nang mag-isip ng kung ano-ano ang kambal. Khae tapped the table in a rhythmic way. She looks so spaced out. Sandali siyang napatigil sa ginagawa at tiningnan ako.
