Everyone sat around the table as the news sunk in to everyone that Brad Bellick was dead.
He had sacrificed himself so that the big pipe could get pushed through the drain.
Jessica sat beside Lincoln and laid a comforting hand on his arm.
She knew that everyone was taking this hard because no matter what he was apart of the team and deserved better.
She looked over at Sucre who seemed to be taking it the hardest.
She knew something real bad must have happened since Alyssa even looked shaken up.
"So where is Brad's body now?" she asked Self since no one else was going to say anything.
"We have it on the way to the morgue now put in the cooler at Homeland Security where no one can find it." he informed everyone.
Jessica's eyes widened in disbelief that they wouldn't release his body.
She could tell that everyone was getting upset.
Alyssa even had the nerve to look ashamed.
"That wasn't part of the deal!" Lincoln exclaimed angrily.
"You said that if anything happened to us that we would be returned to the next of kin." Mahone calmly stated.
"No. That is not exactly what I said!" Self argued.
Alyssa tried to intervene.
"Alright nobody should get worked up right now. We all need to remain calm." she suggested.
Jessica scoffed at her friend.
"Remain calm? Are you freaking kidding me! One of our own is dead and you just want to keep him hidden in some cooler?!" Don turned to Jess angrily.
"Hey! He needs to stay a John Doe until I say otherwise. Alright I'm dealing with enough already I've had my ass chewed out at the office I don't need-" Sucre stood up and started yelling in Spanish as he lunged for Don.
Mahone acted quickly and stood up to push Alyssa out of the way before she could get hurt in the crossfire.
Sucre continued to yell in Spanish as Mahone pulled him away.
Through the commotion Jessica had stood up out of reflex and rubbed her belly.
"He has a mother. She should at least be notified about him." Sucre murmured in defeat before he sat back down.
"If you still want us to find Scylla, then Brad's body needs to be returned to his mother." Jessica stated firmly locking eyes with Self.
Lincoln was waiting to hear Self's response in case he needed to punch him in the face himself.
