(Deans pov)

I had been standing at this park for 5 minutes now even though I was tired I still wanted to meet this girl I went in my hotel room and took of my ring attire and got changed into a navy blue button-up shirt and some jeans, my hair had now dried from the shower I had before the show.

I started looking down on my phone checking the time when someone had shoved their hand with my wallet in it on my chest. I looked up to see the girl from the cocktail bar.

"Your wallet" She said.

"ergh thank you " I replied.

"your welcome" she started to walk away.

"wait " I grabbed her arm. "I don't even know your name "

"Sandy" she said in a sweet cheery voice. " and you are ? "

"hello nice to meet you I'm Dean" I put out my hand.

"Lovely to meet you Dean" she said whilst shaking my hand.

"Care for a walk?" I asked her insinuating forward.

"well it's late but I don't presume anyone will harm me when I'm with you." she said walking forward.

"What makes you presume that? " I chuckled.

"well your really tall and quiet built out and you seem quiet scary" she replied.

"ha! no defiantly not I look taller compared to you shorty! But I'm not scary it's all an act its what my job entails" I laughed.

"hey!" she said playfully slapping my arm. " I'm not small your just a super large freak!"

Nah your right I'm really tall but compared to an average size person your still tiny " I said trying to keep a straight face.

"your a meany!" she said sticking her tongue out.

We sat down on a bench the moon was out and it brought out the green in her eyes.

Authors note : hello guys this is my first book so I'm a little bit nervous it's probably really bad but the story is based on a song by human league called don't you want me baby. Their is little hints of the songs through out the book such as Sandy being a waitress at a cocktail check out the song it's catchy.
I would really appreciate feed back on the comments I would be ecstatic if I got a Hundred reads.
