Lycan was a outcast and had no idea who he was, but believed that the wolf tattoos on his back and arms would help him with that. He sometimes suffers from the fury of being lost in his own existence. One day he've discovered the truth.. His true name is Lincoln Mordent and he's from a family of mages who use animal spirits and bonded them onto their weapons for power so that they defend Elrios from any potential threat but all of them but Lycan was slain by a pack of demons. He was traumatized by the death of his family and attempted suicide to escape the hallucinations of his kin dying before his eyes which caused his amnesia. So as he gained his memories, he travels around Elrios, continuing his family's legacy and search for their killers with the help of his Magic Scythe which is the host of an Wolf Spirit who calls himself Ija.

Sugako is a girl born in a land of cherry trees which was filled with the essence of flame. She has a great love of plants and a great disdain for war, but she will fight without reservation in the defense of others as she was taught to. But she's fixated with finding her soul mate, The instant she met Lycan, she fell madly in love with him but too shy to admit it. So she travels with him as his partner and eventually the two adventurer get along well but eventually Sugako will admit her true feelings to Lycan, one way or another....

Gene was secretly built by Adam, The King of Nasod to protect Eve in case he dies but as The Altera Core was destroyed, he was caught in the blast but he survived. He sets up to find Eve as he programmed to but he had no idea where she is. Lucky for him, his Scouter allows him to track any living life forms including Nasods and Demons. Eventually He joined Lycan and Sugako.
