"You're always making my life so difficult!" Makano screamed, throwing her hands out to her sides more than dramatically. For the readers information, she was not yelling at a person, no, but the old coffee maker on the counter. "Stupid human contraptions..."
"What's... the problem, dear?" Kim-Lee asked gently, to her wife, meandering over to the coffee maker beside Makano and taking a gander at it. "It was perfectly operational this morning, was it not?"
Makano groaned loudly, falling onto the floor like a child who didn't want to clean their room. "I don't freakin' know!" She exclaimed, staring up at the houses ceiling with a dark glare in her eyes. "You were the last to use it," Makano then pointed out, suddenly getting defensive.
"Well- I suppose I was, yes," Kim started with a light shrug. "Maybe you just forgot how to use it, hmm?" She let out a tiny giggle, crouching down next to Makano. "You seem to forget lots of things-"
"IT SHOCKED ME!!!" Makano yelled, smacking her small fists on the tile floor. "I'm so tired of these god-forsaken human devices! All they do is break and harm and malfunction!"
"Who is to say your Gominienian devices aren't just as problematic?" Kim asked, a smirk growing on her long, sharp-featured face. "If anything, to us- quote 'stupid little humans'- it would be too difficult to make function! Isn't that right love?"
"Oh shut up,"
