Chapter 16 (Alex's Pov)

It's been a week since we were at the cabin. We all went home and went back to school. Right now I was getting ready to go to a party with Emma, Dylan, and Chase. I had on a blue dress with black high heels, I also curled my hair and put on some make up. Not that much tho. Emma had on a pink glittery dress with white high heels and her hair curled with make up on.

"Think Dylan will like this?" Emma asked and smiled.

"OH MY GOD YOUR TRYING TO SEDUCE DYLAN!" I yell and Emma glares at me while I laugh.

"Will it work?" Emma asks.

"Most likely since anything seduces that boy" I say and Emma shoots me daggers.

"Pst just jealous cause you can't have Dylan" Emma says and I bust out laughing.

"You" I laugh. "Think" I'm red by now. "Dylan" I hold my side. "IS HOTTER THEN CHASE!" I was on the ground laughing.

"Duhhh yassss cause he is" Emma says in a duh tone.

"OH GOD STOP YOUR KILLING ME!" I say laughing so hard.

(Chase's Pov)

I walked in the party and looked around for Alex. She wasn't their and neither was Emma. I knew Dylan and Trent were here talking over by the bar but I wasn't gonna join their conversation. It's kinda been awkward around Trent since I punched him which on my defense he was messing with the wrong person!

"Chase?" I heard and looked up only to be disappointed.

"Hey Zoey" I said and she smiled. I hope Alex doesn't think anything seeing me and Zoey talking.

"I'm not here to scold you about dating Alex by the way." Zoey says and I stare at her. Then what else could she be here for?

"Then what do you want?" I asked.

"I wanted to say congratulations to you and Alex. You finally settled down and to be honest I knew we only used each other for our own benefits." Zoey said and I almost choked. What the fuck!

"Okay" I say.

"But we can still be friends without the benefit part." She said.

"Sure." I muttered.
(Alex's Pov)

I walked in right beside Emma, she gave me a look meaning she was going to were Dylan was which was by the bar. Dylan and Emma are soo glued to each other. I wonder if they would mind me super gluing them to each other.

I saw Chase talking too Zoey. Honestly I didn't care if he was it didn't bother me because I knew Chase wouldn't cheat on me. Call me crazy but I just felt like everything perfect.

I saw Trent over by the bar sitting while drinking so I went over their and sat by him.

"Hey" I smiled.

"Hi" He said awkwardly.

"You know just because of what happened does not been its gotta be awkward around us." I say and he smirks.

"Just as long as you know when I asked you out it was to make Chase realize he liked you." Trent said seriously.

"You and Dylan made that very obvious by the way so I knew you dumb ass." I said playing and hit his shoulder.
