Chapter 29

Chapter 29 (Alex's Pov)
One week later

I sat on my bed with my head in my hands.

"Emma what am I suppose to tell him?" I say disappointed. I loved Chase I couldn't just do that and forget.

"The truth Alex you have to tell him the truth." Emma looks at me and says. I knew she was right but I couldn't it hurt him. Tears ran down my cheeks.

"I love him Emma. What if he begs me? What if I can't do it because I love him!" Tears come. Emma sits by me and hugs me.

"Alex love hurts." She says and tightens her grip on me.

"Yeah easy for you to say at least you have something that will remind you of Dylan." I remind her pointing at her stomach. She smiles.

"Alex you know you never stop loving someone you just learn to live without them and that's what's gonna happen between you and Chase. It happens everyone." She says and I hug my best friend.

"I'm gonna miss you." I smile.

"Before you get all I'm gonna miss you just go and tell Chase." She smiles.

"Emma we just graduated I can't just tell him." I say pleading.

"Alex if you wait then it'll just make you feel worse." Emma says.

"Why is life so hard!" I plead.

"Alex I gave you my advice, I can't do more then that. Its your choice, I can't decide for you but I can give you my opinion and my opinion is follow your heart Alex do what you feel you should do." Emma smiles I smile back.

"Thanks I can always count on you at least." I smile and hug my best friend. °°°§°°°

"What are you so bummed about?" Dylan asks.

"Nothing." I say wiping the tears off my cheek.

Right now we were at the park waiting for Chase. Emma was in the bathroom, yes she's huge now if you wanted to know.

"If it was nothing you would of yelled at me for calling you a peasant." Dylan joked. God I'm gonna miss this.

I hugged Dylan, He wrapped his arms around me and hugged me back.

"Does someone need a maxi pad?" Dylan joked. I didn't smile I just let tears run out. I'm gonna miss messing with Dylan, He was like brother that found an interest in my best friend.

"Alex are you okay? You didn't even get offended." Dylan said seriously. "If someone did something I'll kick their ass." He threatens.

"Nothing." I wipe my tears and let him go.

"You can tell me."

"The thing is you'll tell Chase and I'm not ready to tell him. I can't asked you not to because he's your best friend like Em is mine." I say.

"Yeah but your my fried to so I won't tell." Dylan smiled.

"If Emma got accepted into her dream school but it was really far away would you let her go even if it was her dream?" I asked him sincerely.

"I wouldn't exactly like being far away hell I wouldn't even like it but i'd let her go because it's her dream and I couldn't hold her back from it. She'd never forgive me." He said truthfully.

"Did you get accepted in to a college?" He asked and I nodded.

"Yes."

"Hey gu-" Trent stops. "What's wrong?"

"I'm gonna go check on Emma." Dylan says getting up. I nod and look at Trent.

"Is everything alright?" He asks me.

"Yeah just got dirt in my eyes." I say. I look at Trent and then hug him. He freezes for a minute then hugs me back.

"Are you sure your okay?" He asks after I hug him.

"Yeah just missed you." I say.

"Your lying." He glares and I smile innocently.

"I'm fine really." I say.

"I'll let it go. This time." He says and I nod.

I smiled as Chase got aggravated with the Tv.

"You know you shouldn't smile if anyone gets aggravated with the Tv." He says with a smirk.

"If it's funny I should." I smirk back.

"We'll see about that." He says and grabs my hand pulling me on him. I smile and he kisses me, I kiss him back. I smile during the kiss.

I layed on the bed next to Chase in his t-shirt. No we didn't do anything just talked. I looked up at Chase.
Flash back
"Watch where the he'll your going!"
"You watch where your going asshole!"
"Just say sorry and leave me the hell alone!"
"Fuck off!"

I smiled at the memory of the first time we met.
Flash back
"Can we talk?"
"We are."
"Outside."
"No I'll be late for class."

He grabbed my hand and took me outside anyway. I looked and saw Chase sleeping. I ran my fingers along his cheek.
Do you want to do this? No. But I have to.
You don't have to. Its my dream.
But he's the one you love. Maybe I can have both.
We both know you can't have both.

I shook Chase.

"Wake up I gotta tell you something.

" I say as I shook him. I was gonna tell him.

"What?" He said sleepy. I couldn't do it.

"I love you." I say and give him a sad smile.

"I love you to." He said and wrapped his arm around me.

"Forever?" I asked laying my head on his chest.

"Forever."
