Danny and I finally arrived back at my house.
I opened the door to find my mum staring at me.
"Did you have fun?" She asked plainly
"Uh yeah it was good" I shrugged awkwardly, I just wanted to go to bed
"Ben told me you all got a hotel to stay in last night and that you got in by three am" she smiled
Thankyou ben. My mum worries too much. She would probably kill me if I was out all night and she knew about it.
"Yeah we did" I smiled
Her face softened
"I'm glad you went out and did a normal teenage thing" she said with happiness on her face.
I smiled awkwardly and went to the bathroom upstairs
I opened the door to find ben washing his face in the sink
"Oh sorry" I mumbled as my face went red
"It's fine" ben weakly smiled
His eyes were red and puffy like he had been crying.
"Are you okay?" I asked as I took a step towards him.
"Yeah. Just feeling a little wasted.." He said sadly before pushing past me
"I'm sorry ben.." I whispered as he left the room
He took a step back into the room and faced me
"What was that?" He asked
"I said, I'm sorry ben" I repeated clearly
I didn't dare look up at him. God I can be a bitch
"You're sorry? Sorry for basically saying I'm not worth your first kiss? I'm not good enough for you?" He frowned
"No.. Wait yes. No! I didn't.. Ugh.." I groaned
I grabbed bens face roughly and kissed his lips deeply.
He pulled away with a smile.
"That was much nicer sober" he smiled before leaving me standing alone in the bathroom.
After I cleaned myself I changed into a large teeshirt and climbed into my big fluffy bed to fall asleep.
~the next morning~
The scent of waffles filled my room.
I smiled and rolled over in my bed.
As I opened my eyes I was met with a terrifying sight,
Danny grinning at me.
"Goooood morning Sunshine! The earth says hello!!" he said with a cheesy smile
"Daniel, I just have one request" I mumbled with a chuckle
"Anything" he grinned
"Never ever wake me up like that again ever" I laughed as I flicked him between the eyes
Danny pouted
"Aye aye captain" Danny said sarcastically
"That's funny" I laughed
"Get it, you flicked me between the eyes, aye eye captain" Danny grinned
I laughed at his Lame pun and nuzzled back into my bed
"Nope miss Morgan, you're getting up" Danny laughed
Before I could protest I was lifted over Danny's shoulder
"Danny you put me down right now!" I squealed
Danny just shook his head and laughed as he carried me down the stairs
"Here have this" Danny chuckled before handing me to someone I couldn't see
They held me bridal style.
"Good morning" he mumbled sheepishly
I looked up to see I was in bens arms
"Oh um good morning?" I said nervously
"Still pissed at me?" He asked
"Will you still put me down if I say yes?" I giggled
"Never" ben laughed
"No ben I'm not pissed at you" I smiled sweetly as I fluttered my eyelashes
"Liars don't get waffles" ben teased
I pouted and buried my face in the crook of his neck
Ben laughed before setting me down on the floor.
I scrambled eagerly to a chair at the kitchen table and waited for waffles. I love waffles!!
Mum and Danny soon joined me at the table as ben finished preparing the food.
Ben set down a big platter with a tower of waffles and assorted fruits, a tray with toast and various spreads and a tub of icecream. He then brought coffee and orange juice to the table before giving us all plates and cutlery
"I could get used to this" I beamed as I eyed off the waffles
"Well you could" my mum mumbled before trailing off
Danny looked away sheepishly and ben looked out the window
"What do you mean?" I asked, pursing my lips and raising my eyebrow.
Mum took a deep breath and cleared her throat nervously
I anxiously tapped my foot on the tiled floor
"Well?" I asked
"I'd like you to join the boys on their tour. You need something to do for the summer and i think it'd be good for you to step out of your comfort zone" mum explained
"Absolutely not" I scoffed
"Is this why ben made such a nice breakfast?" I questioned, glaring at ben
Ben nodded sadly
"Morgan please, just do it. Act like a normal teenager for once. Go, have fun" mum insisted
I rolled my eyes and piled pancakes and icecream on my plate.
I glared at the three of them while I ate.
After breakfast I sat on my bed and scrolled through tumblr, totally forgetting about the stupid idea my mum had this morning.
A soft knock came from my door
I sighed
"Who is it?"
"It's ben" bens muffled voice spoke from the other side
I rolled my eyes and opened the door
"Your mum wants to talk to you" he smiled awkwardly
