"Alright, Daniel you will be in Cabin #21 for your stay," the administration volunteer tells us, handing him a pamphlet of papers. "And Miss Kya, you will be in Cabin #9." He says, handing me my papers. "Included in this is a map of the camp, a list of rules, and the itinerary  for the month. You'll get a new one each month and will be notified if anything is changed." I nod at his words. "Your cabin leaders will be taking you on a tour later this evening."

"Whats your policy on electronic use?" I ask, curious.

"Well, we encourage you to limit it as much as possible. Music is allowed through headphones whenever your instructor will allow it, however your devices may be taken if you're on them too much, or it becomes a problem." He explains.

"Okay. Thank you."

"No problem, enjoy your stay here!" He says as we start heading out to find our cabins.

"Do you wanna find your cabin first, or Danny's?" My mom asks, putting her arm around my shoulder as we walk straight out from the main building.

"Uhh, Danny's." I mumble, anxiety kicking in. We quickly grab his stuff from the car before heading towards his cabin.

"Alrighty, then were taking a left down the path." Dad mentions while leading us there. We get out to the main path and take a left, walking for about 5 minutes until we come across a main-street-like complex. Cabins line both sides of the widened path, each a different color with a large number on the front.

"Okay, were looking for cabin 21." My mom says, looking at the cabins ahead of us.

"Its up there." I say, pointing to a red cabin just up on the left. We all head towards said cabin, lugging Danny's luggage behind us. We walk up the front steps, feeling the cool air conditioned gusts coming from the propped open door. Danny heads in first, the rest of us shortly following.

"Welcome!" A man with bright purple hair greets. He walks towards where were gathered in the doorway, holding up his arms. His left arm is covered in an intricate colorful tattoo sleeve, which catches my attention. " This is by far, the BEST cabin! This summer is going to be SICK!" He smiles, which causes Danny and my parents to smile as well. I would, but the nerves are eating up all my energy.  "I'm Josh, this—" He turns around and pulls another man about the same height over. His white t-shirt stands out bright against his tan skin. I notice tattoos along his arms as well; on one arm thick black bands, and on the other interesting looking symbols. He smiles at us, as Josh introduces him. "Is Tyler. Were your cabin leaders for the summer!"

"Nice to meet y'all." Danny smiles at them both. "I'm Daniel, this is my sister Kya." All attention turns to me.

"Hi." I mumble. They smile at me.

"Nice to meet you two." Tyler says. "Now, Daniel, you can choose any bunk that doesn't have bedding on it and the dresser next to it will be yours for the summer. The bathroom is right back there, feel free to leave anything you want in on the shelves in there." he points to an open door on the far back wall, in between two bunks.
