Chapter 6

Another school week goes by, I'm starting to actually get used to everything. We have a game tonight so no after school practice. We just have to be at the school at 5:30. Since I have a Capella practice after school till 4:30 I just stay after till time for band to start.

After school ends and a Capella ends finally it's time for band people to get to the school for our football game. Once William gets here I go to talk to him but realize he is with his girlfriend so decide it wouldn't be smart. Not to much later Amelia gets here and I go talk to her.

We practice for a bit before going to the game to play. After practice William comes up to me and says the craziest thing ever, he says me and his best friend would be a cute couple. His best friend is not exactly what I would call the most attractive guy ever, he's kinda chubby well I mean kinda. He isn't fat but not exactly skinny. Black hair, green eyes, just not someone I would see myself with. "William seriously?"
"What?"
"Never mind." I just walk off and get in line like we are suppose to do.

Later on in the night William does the exact same thing, "Rose I really think you two would be a cute couple."
"What makes you think that we would be a cute couple?"
"I just do, plus both of my best friends will be happy, with each other!"
"Calm down, I just don't think that we would work out."
"Get to know him, please?"
"Ughhh, fine."
"Thank you very much."
"Yeah whatever." I start laughing while he just smiles at me like he knows something I don't. He is just trying to be a good friend so maybe I should just take his advice. To think that I would date his best friend though. I just don't see it, me and Will. Me and William Baker.
