Okay, so I've been absent on updates for a while now. I sincerely apologize for that. I finally got this writing thing back under control though so here's the next chapter.

He woke up to near silence and found himself staring up at the ceiling. He felt weak and tired despite having just woken up. Me could tell that he'd been well taken care of while he had been unconscious. Add found the energy to shift and lay on his side and was a bit surprised to find Paradox sitting on the floor and resting his head on the end of the bed. Not only was he asleep but he was also in his child form which raised many questions.

"He didn't leave this room not even once while you were unconscious and complained the whole time he was here too," Wolvernian's familiar voice said. Add looked over his shoulder to see him standing in the doorway of whatever bedroom he was occupying. "I didn't mean to pass out like that," Add muttered. He felt truly disappointed in himself for not being able to do anything. He felt powerless and was definately mad at himself for not healing himself sooner.

"Whatever you're thinking, stop. Your condition isn't your fault. Even if you had tried anything, there's nothing you could have done to stop this from happening whether it be sooner or later. Stop blaming yourself," Wolvernian spoke. Add sighed and burried his face into the pillow that he lay on. He didn't want to place the blame on anyone else for he knew it in his heart to be his fault. He knew he hadn't asked for help when he figured out what was wrong.

Surely Paradox would have been able to help cure him and Ara certainly would have tried her best. Now Paradox was likely low on options and Ara could very well be indefinitely lost. "He wouldn't stop crying and blaming himself for the first two days," Wolvernian informed. Add immediately sat up and stared at him in shock. His body greatly protested causing him to have a headache but he was able to ignore it. "Verni, h-how long have I been unconscious?" Add asked not meaning to studder but he was rather disturbed at how much time had passed by. So many things could have already gone wrong depending on how long Add had been out of commission.

"Five days. Not too nad if you ask me. I'm surprised you didn't die but I'm also glad you didn't," Wolvernian answered a little too nonchalantly for Add's liking. Five days. It had been a total of five days and not a single thing had been accomplished but the wasting of time on Add's life because he wanted to be stubborn. The idea bothered him and he began thinking of worse case scenarios that could have happened in result of this.

"Don't stress yourself out about it. We've been taking good care of the two of you so no worries. Ciel and Terre should be back from their mission soon. They'll be glad to see that you're away. He definately will too," Verni said, gesturing to Paradox who still sat asleep on the side of the bed. "I have to do something," Add muttered. Wolvernian immediately gave him a threatening stare as if daring him to so much as think about getting up from the bed.

"You aren't in any condition to do anything. Paradox told us part of what needs to be done. You'd just fet tourself killed if you tried anything so don't even think about it. I didn't save your life just for you to waste it," Wolvernian scolded. Before Add could say anything in reply or even think anout what to say, Paradox awoke and slowly opened his eyes. "You didn't wake me like I asked you to," were the first words out of his mouth as he adressed Verni and completely ignored Add for the moment.

"You hadn't slept since he went out. Like hell I'd wake you up. Since you're awake, tall some sense into him. He's probably thinking about resuming his mission here," Wolvernian said before leaving the doorway. Once he left Paradox sighed and met Add's gaze. "You damned idiot...nearly getting yourself killed. Do you know how many times you nearly died?" he muttered. Add wasn't too surprised that Paradox had chosen those words to ne the first that he spoke to him. Paradox stood up from the floor and brushed himself off calling his dynamos to his sides before his eyes began to glow.
