The Escape -_-

Kinkajou's pov:

I shot my head up.

I had a massive headache and still felt very dizzy.

I looked around my surroundings.

I was in a freaky padded cell that had an annoying flickering light.

I saw Turtle, Glory, Deathbringer, Riptide and Tsunami.

Tsunami was still snoring but everyone else was up.

"Wh-where are we?" I stuttered.

"In a nice restaurant! Duh! What do you think!" Glory shouted back.

"Were in one of the rooms, like one that Moon was in" Turtle said.

Riptide started to wake Tsunami up.

"IM GONNA KILL YOUUU-oh, wait, to late" she shouted.

"We need to find a way to get out of here" Deathbringer said, pulling Glory close and hugging her.

"Well, there is a vent. But its way up there and none of us can fit anyway!" Turtle said, pointing at a vent in the top corner of the room.

I got an idea.

"I can fit!" I pointed out.

"What! No! We are not risking you going up there, getting caught or something like that! I don't know!" Turtle argued.

I ignored him.

"Deathbringer gimme a boost" I asked as he did so.

Once up high enough, I tried to pull off the vent door thing. But it wouldn't budge.

"I got it" Riptide said.

Deathrbinger boosted Riptide up now.

Riptide punched the vent and winced at the pain in his knuckles, but he managed to dent the vent door and was able to rip it off.

Before I was about to get Deathbringer to boost me up once more, Turtle grabbed my arm.

"Kinkajou, you may not make it out of this..." he said slowly, worried.

I smiled and shook my head.

"I promise you, we will!" I reassured him, grasping his hands in mine.

I then kissed him on the cheek, making him blush like crazy.

Everyone laughed as Deathrbringer lifted me up into the vents, where I squeezed through the tight corners and my friends laughs faded behind me.

I started to wonder what the others were doing...

Winter's pov:

I opened my eyes, the back of my head aching horribly.

I winced in pain as I grasp the back of my head, only to feel a bit of dried blood.

I looked around and saw Qibli, Clay, Peril, Starflight, Fatespeaker, Sunny and.... Moon.

She was facing the wall, face buried in her knees, crying.

I touched her shoulder and she spun around.

I smiled and she smiled back before jumping into my arms and hugging me tight.

"Can't-really-beathe" I said.

She let go.

"Sorry..." she laughed.

"Moon!" I heard Qibli say.

"Qibli!" she replied and ran into his arms this time.

I felt my heart sink, and got that feeling once again. Jealousy.
