Chapter 11

Demi's POV

Joe and I went over to his house to have some more privacy, I had a feeling that my little sister Madison was listening to our conversation. When I tried to leave, my stepdad tried to sidetrack me. I couldn't stand looking at him though so I ignored him completely. I've never been so happy to see Joe, he's changed so much. The drive over, we're silent. The silence isn't uncomfortable, I think we are just trying to get used to seeing each other again. I haven't seen him in forever, I can't stop from smiling. When we get to his house it's empty luckily for us, he did say before that Nick was staying for a couple of days. He must have left for a while though. When we go in, Joe leads me to his bedroom. I walk slowly up the stairs trailing behind him wondering of what might occur up there. When we walk in, he closes the door even though the house is empty.

" Joe, I'm sorry about my stepdad. He lied completely, I never stopped loving you. " I say grabbing his hand that stood by his side.

" Same here, I'm just glad we're together now. " he says looking at our intertwined hands smiling.

I take a step forward and enclose the space between us, I can't resist. He brings up his other hand and touches my cheek very softly as if I were fragile glass. I close my eyes and softly moan to his touch, it sends electricity throughout my whole body. I long for him just hoping that this moment will last forever. I can feel his eyes on me as mine are closed, I'm breathing heavily just waiting for something to happen. I just hope he feels the same desire that I have for him.

" Demi..." he says making me realize that he was only an inch from my face, I open my eyes to find his not very far from mine. His eyes make me melt as they anxiously stare into mine, he leans in so that his forehead is touching mine. He slowly slides his hands to my hips making me come closer to him, they heat from his body radiates me. I wrap my arms around his neck making me even closer to him. I slowly lean in and gently kiss him, I couldn't take it anymore. His lips moved against mine making me more anxious, so I moved in harder. Our tongues started to wrestle empowering me. He made it so easy to fall in love.

We had made love, we couldn't resist. We feel asleep after, I woke up to the sound of Nicks car pulling into the driveway. Joe went and locked the door to his room and came back to hold me in his arms, it was one of the most peaceful day and night. I really do love him. When I woke up the next morning, he was already awake just staring at me making me feel extra special.

" How long have you been up? " I whisper hoping it wasn't too long.

" Just a couple of minutes. " he says smiling, he was so cute. I smile my signature smile making his smile widen.

" Sing me something. " I say out of nowhere, I wanted to hear his angelic voice.

" Why? " he asks confused.

" Because you haven't to me in a while, I miss it. " I say hoping he would.

" Ok. " he says before he pauses for a second probably trying to figure out what to sing.

" Now I'm speechless, over the edge

I'm just breathless

I never thought that I'd catch this love bug again

Hopeless, head over heels in the moment

I never thought that I'd get hit by this love bug again " he sang making me truly remember how lovely his voice is. He sang Lovebug because he knew it was one of my favorite of his songs.

" Thank you. " I said when he finished, I kissed his forehead not ever wanting this moment to end.
