(A/N a lot of you a probably thinking 'how does she get a date after 10 minutes of knowing the guy?' I actually don't know. It really sucks because that never happens with a really hot guy)

I pranced around the woods aimlessly sniffing trees and bushes. I came to a creek. I was just bending my front legs to drink from it when I saw a black shape in the trees. I could hear them easily, but I always hear random animals. The black animal suddenly stopped in my line of vision across the creek.

It was a wolf. A black wolf with white paws. Quite a strange look for a wolf. I lowered my head steadily and kept my eyes on the ground, but I did sneak a few looks at it. It didn't seem to be making any aggressive actions, and it didn't seem to want to to challenge me, so I stood up fully. Keeping my eyes averted. Some times when I look another animal in the eye, it senses that I want to fight it or something as ridiculous as that. Then it walked forward, it hopped into the creek with such agility that it barely made a splash. I heard a sound behind me. It was coming from a long way away, I knew this black wolf couldn't hear it. It was Liam calling me back home, I quickly lapped up some water and darted back the way I came. I hope the wolf wouldn't follow me.

I burst out of the woods and into my backyard, racing inside so nobody would see me as a wolf. I dashed past dad at lightning speed, but wasn't so lucky when Liam stopped right in front of me. I tried to stop without using my claws on the wood floor, and failed. So I changed back to human form before I could accidentally chop Liam up. I landed on top of him.

"Sorry Bro." I said cheerfully before helping him up. He frowned at me.

"Don't you have to get ready for your date?" he asked, raising an eyebrow.

"It's not a date!" I sounded exasperated.

"Sure, sure, whatever you say. You had better get ready though."

I glowered at him and skipped up the stairs, thinking of the black wolf in the woods.

I quickly showered and washed my hair, making it smell good.

I decided on my simple black just-above-knee length sleeveless dress and pulled on a belt. It was my mothers, it was gold in the shape of a snake, where the two heads touched, they entwined around each other, black flecks danced along the snakes bodies if you moved it, kind of like scales I guess.

I pulled my hair back in a pony tail so I could do my makeup properly. I put black eyeshadow along both my eyelids, and rimmed my eyes with a liquid gold eyeliner, pulling it out the sides-Cleopatra style, the gold complimented my belt. I quickly applied some mascara and fluttered my eyes at myself in the mirror.

"Hi..." I said in a try hard sexy voice.

"I'm Clover..." I talked to myself stupidly fluttering my eyelashes at my reflection.

"Ummmm... You right there?" Liam had appeared in the door way.

I spun on my heel, shooting him a pedo look before brushing past him and returning to my room so I could pick out some shoes.

"Mums belt huh?" Liam asked, he sounded sad.

"Yeah." I said whilst staring at the beautiful gold snakes.

I bent down and went through my shoes.

It came down to black gladiator styled heels, or just plane old stilettos.

I reasoned with my mind.

Me: Go big or go home, I like the gladiator ones.

Mind: No, they are impractical.
