"I pledge Allegiance to the flag
of the United States of America
and to the Republic for which it stands,
one nation under God, indivisible,
with Liberty and Justice for all."

liberty and justice for all?
naw, if we had something like that our nation just might fall
apart, and the mighty empire we built just for you to admire
would crumble right in front of your eyes, despair is what the white man is feeling tonight.

liberty and justice for some
not for me
not for all the blacks and many minorities
look, listen, don't you see?
they've oppressed us for centuries
whipping us, beating us
pushing us down onto our knees.

take a knee, we refuse to stand
until liberty and justice for all is really your plan.
i'll say it again, how do you not understand?
the system wasn't created to assist the black man
the little hope that we had
was ripped from our hands
i'll say it one more time
WHY DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND?!

damn.
