Everyone erupted into cheers as Astro stood on the podium as the representative robot. His lips twisted into a smile and he waved to everyone with a merry laugh. From the viewing stands, you clapped along with your friends as all of you cheered Astro on with all of your might. Your lips were tucked into a neat smile and you kept your gaze on Astro's shorter figure whilst everyone cried out with happiness.

Astro looked over his friends and eventually his gaze met yours. He returned the smile you gave him and laughed as he waved to you. You couldn't help but gush and waved him back. You then rested your palm on your cheek and sighed in content.

"Aww, look at him down there. He looks so happy!" You exclaimed, shaking Abercrombie by the shoulder. The larger boy eyed you down and pressed his lips into a thin line.

"You dote on him way too much. You're like an old grandma." He commented. You gasped and turned towards him with an offended look. Astro watched as you swatted him across the arm and muttered something to him. A curious brow was raised when Abercrombie immediately went into the defensive. His eyes then wandered towards his family and he felt his chest fill itself with love and warmth as Dr O'Shay and Zoran waved down to him.

His hand shot into the air and he waved to the two of them exstastically while laughing. From this day forwards, both humans and robots can finally live in peace together.

~Five Months Later~

The sun shone over Metro City in the early morning, giving the grand city a nice healthy glow. The cool breeze brushed through the empty park, brushing gently against your face. You wrapped your coat tightly around your body and breathed in the earthly scent as your chest rose with every breath. You then breathed out and a content smile was placed onto your face.

"Ah, I love the mornings this city has. It feels so fresh and clear." You whispered to yourself. You gripped onto your school bag tightly and began to make a move on the footpath. There were a few clouds here and there, littering the sky, but otherwise it was a perfect day for a game of rocket ball. You'd have to suggest the game to your friends.

As time drew by, you held your own pace. You had woken up especially early for this school day, so you were confident that you weren't going to be late.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Or so you thought.
You had dawdled a little too long and now you were running along the footpath with beads of sweat forming on your forehead. In the distance, the towering school building soon came into view. A smile stretched out across your face. You were going to make it!
The school bell rang the moment you came within a metre of the school, making you fall over. You skidded across the entrance gate and laid face down on the footpath. An air of defeat hung around your body as a teacher peered over you with a look of concern laced over their features.
Reluctantly, you dragged yourself to your feet and sluggishly made your way into the school building. You were already late, so there was no point rushing now.
Inside of the classroom, everyone was chatting up a storm, leaving no room for explanations. You slid the door open and peeked inside. The students sat at their desks while others sat on other desks, some not even facing the board.
You raised an eyebrow at this and entered the classroom. The teacher was no where to be seen, not that it concerned you.
"Y/n!" You turned upon hearing your name and your eyes widened as your group of friends waved you over to their table. Alejo, Kennedy and Abercrombie gave you warm welcoming smiles. You returned their smile and walked over to them.
