Arden held her phone in front of her face while staring at Shawn his eyes slowly falling close while she could only stare at the little hairs at his chin since he wanted to grow a beard so badly. Shawn on the other hand could listen to her talk for hours and the rest of his life. Arden was telling a story for the past few minutes but it felt like one second for Shawn, he missed her more than anything else in his life.
"I saw my sister kissing Colt earlier today and I don't know how to feel about it. Isn't it weird that my sister is dating your best friend who pretty much is your brother? I really think it is weird but also very lovely." Arden started to play with her hair while Shawn his eyes opened a bit to look at her and give her an answer even to he was too tired to talk right now since he had such a busy day.
"You know love that we can call each other another time, you know?" Shawn shook his head fast while sitting better in his bed while Arden couldn't stop the smile forming on her face. "I am not tired at all. I really want to talk to you and hear you talk about your day honey. I am all yours." Arden stared at the few hairs on his chest while remembering how it felt to lay on his chest and hear his heart beat faster for her.
"Shawn I think you should really sleep a bit since it is pretty late where you are right now. We can call each other another time and as I promised you before I will pick up the phone even if I am busy. We make time for each other so that means having my phone close to me everywhere I go." Arden slowly got out her bed while holding the phone tight in her hands so she wouldn't drop it as she did the other day.
It had been three days now since Shawn went to Europe but it felt for both of them as an eternity since they had been dating each other for not so long and don't want to mess it up as they had done before. It had took Arden a few days to get used to all the attention she would be getting soon since Shawn his songs had been getting a lot of recognition lately.
She was really proud of him since he got the things he wanted so badly but it took her a lot of time to get used to the public eye more than she did before. She knows that her face is used for advertisements but this thing is different, she was going to be associated with Shawn and the relationship they have, it will be in the spotlight making it harder than it already is.
"I love you so much, I hope you know that." Arden whispered to him while his eyes were closed and she could hear the snores leaving his mouth making sure he was asleep and she could start with her day. The next few days will be very busy for her since she didn't want to be alone too much or she will cry and remember Shawn is on the other side of the world. It was easier for her if she was surrounded with work.
