Arden smashed her fist at the door making her fall down the ground with tears rolling down her face, she knew that the hate would hit her but not this hard. People talked about her like she was using him for even to she knew deep down that it wasn't true. The hate got in her head all the time making her look out for everything she does in her life now, she changed the way she walks, the way she eats because people will talk about her no matter what she does.
"Arden get away from the door right now. I am going to kick this door if you don't tell me right now that you just fell because you are clumsy." Brandon stood at the other side of the door ready with water and tissues in his hands so he could once again help her out with all the emotions running through her mind. Sometimes she wished that she wouldn't be like this but all the comments made her insecurity grow with every second.
"The hardest part about hate is knowing how to deal with it in the right way. You have so many ways to deal with it but the best one for yourself is treating them with kindness, showing them the comments don't break you. Show them how proud you are of yourself and do never answer to them in a bad way that you are the same as them. Don't bully them back." Arden felt Brandon his arms wrapped around her making the tears stop for a second.
People always told her not to be insecure because she looks good but people don't know that people like her deal with that kind of things to all the time. You have this image in your head how you need to look and act because it has been showed by people around you and she never could become like them. She could never be the same as all the other famous people because she wasn't as perfect as them.
Her insecurity was her biggest flaw and she knew she had to work on it but it was easier said than done, it was hard for her to look in the mirror and tell five things that she loved about herself without saying a but after it. She always had something bad to say about herself because that is how she grow up, she always got something else after the compliment she got.
It took her years to finally love herself body more, some days it was easier to be happy all the time but it took only one comment to bring her down all over again. She wanted so badly that she wouldn't care about it and act like nothing ever happened but she couldn't. She started to believe all the things that people told about her making it harder for her to love herself all over again.
"I am the biggest mess ever probably. You have seen me crying more the past few days than any other time in your life. Does that really mean that Shawn is the reason behind all of this? I don't want to be with a guy who makes me feel so sad all the time right?" Arden her mascara was all over her face while the music she was dancing on was still playing in the background.
"You know that he is not the one behind all the comments right? He is not the one who tells them to say all of that? If he would write all of them he would describe his love for you in so many ways but you never give him a chance to explain himself. You always think before you hear what he has to say, that is going to ruin your relationship one day I can tell you that." Brandon gets off the ground and picks Arden slowly up.
"You need to stop reading all of the comments and think they are true when you know not one of them is true. You love to pity yourself all the time but maybe stop putting yourself down all the time, I am done with you thinking so little of yourself all the time. Just get out of your room for once and go work on your show that you have in a few days because it won't happen by itself." Arden took all the clothes of her bed and threw it into a bag so she could wash it later on.
"I am so done with you treating yourself so badly. You know that you deserve the best in the world so why can't you just be yourself and don't care what other people think of you. You should love yourself for who you are, I mean there are way worst things than a little hate comment. Just try to ignore them and look at the bright side of life, you are dating him and you can touch that amazing body of him whenever you want so remember that next time a fan comments of how weird you guys look together." Arden felt Brandon his hands at her shoulders making her turn around so he could stare right into her eyes.
"You know that I love you with my whole life and I probably trust you way too much but that is because you are an amazing person who always cares about people and does everything to see them happy but when it comes to you, you just forget that you deserve that too. You have been making sure your sister her life is working out by babysitting and helping her out so she could date but has she ever asked you how you are doing? That you are okay doing all of that?" Arden didn't know what took over her but she could only think of the days she saw her sister dropping off her children and leave them without saying a thank you.
"It hurts to know that the person you look up to so much is being a jerk to you but it is because you gave her a chance to do it. Arden come up for yourself a bit more and tell the people what is going on in your mind because you deserve to feel a bit better after all of it. Just talk to Shawn and tell him how you feel about all of this, he is going to help you out for sure because he cares about you and wants the best for you." Arden felt the tight arms of Brandon hugging her while every single thing she had held in came out slowly by feeling his comfort arms.
"Let it all come out sweetheart. I am here for you now and I will for the rest of your life even if you don't like that." Arden knew that this was going to be the best for her, she needed to talk to Shawn and tell him about her past few days laying in bed doing nothing else than read the comments underneath her post. The daily hate she gets on every single platform she has made since her career had a boost. It was time for her to talk about the mental health she had, she needed to speak about things so other people would know it is okay to not be okay sometimes.
