Colt had his arms wrapped around Quincy who was looking at her children play with Arden who still had a hoodie on from Shawn that was oversized for her but was the most comfiest thing to wear for her and also because she is missing him a bit more than usual. It was something she had to get used to since he will be gone for a long time more often since his career is having a big boost making him famous all over the world, he was no longer her little secret.
"Do you think they are going to survive this? I mean they love each other you can see that but being apart from each other so a lot is going to weight on their relationship." Quincy felt Colt his arms getting tighter around her waist. "I don't really know how they will survive this but I am sure they will find a thing to get through this. They are perfect for each other and they love each other too much to just break things off." Arden slowly got up from the ground and places all the dirty dishes in the sink.
She knew that her sister was worried about her but she had some days off since she didn't feel really good. It was not going perfect for her right now, the dancing studio is making her pay more since she needs more space for all her students. The jobs with Eliza are going okay but they are taking a lot of her time making it hard for her to dance more, she missed her late night dancing routine.
It was also hard for her to be awake whenever Shawn tried to call her since the time zones are both killing them. She always talked to Shawn whenever it was time for her to sleep making her sleep schedule becoming worse than it already was. She had to wake up early and survive the day with the few hours of sleep she had but Shawn was all worth it.
"Did you hear Shawn lately? Yesterday he talked about how much he is missing Maddie and the date nights they had together when you were at work. You should call him and let him talk with her since he is dying to hear her stories." Colt slowly lets go of Quincy while looking at Maddie asleep in the couch holding her teddy bear close to her chest so she would fall asleep.
"I know that I need to call him but the time zones are the worst. I can't let Maddie stay up that late just to call him. Maybe if he has a free day I can call him during the day so they can talk to each other. Maddie is missing him a lot too and she is asking about him to but I will work out in a few days, tell him that." Colt takes her hands into his making her look at it, she was going to breakdown any second if he would ask her how she is doing.
"You guys will work this out, we all believe in that. Shawn is madly in love with you but he needs to do this for his career. He has been dreaming of this for the past few years so I am sure that if you guys find a way to work this out that you will be marrying each other one day." Colt pulls Arden closer to him making her hug him back, she wasn't sure how she should feel but she needed a tight hug from a guy so badly.
