The classroom door burst open, revealing a sweaty, heavy breathing, Mark.

The teacher stopped writing on the board and looked over, a stern expression on her face.

"Mr. Lee, why are you late?"

Mark sat down, panting. He quickly took out his stuff. "Sorry, Mrs. Cho, I woke up late."

Mrs. Cho sighed and turned back around, writing more on the board.

"Next time, you'll get a detention. Hopefully, there won't be a next time."

As class ended, Jeno poked Donghyuck's arm to grab his attention.

Donghyuck looked over and was met with a smirking Jeno. "What's the face for?" Donghyuck asked as he started to walk out of the classroom.

"Nothing," Jeno replied as he started to laugh, "just caught you staring at Mark, again."

Donghyuck looked around to make sure Mark didn't hear Jeno if he was still in the classroom.

"Shut up, I wasn't."

"Yes."

"No."

"Yes."

"N--"

"Can you guys shut up?"

Jaemin appeared behind the two boys. He rolled his eyes and grabbed Jeno's hand in his, "leave him alone, Jeno."

Donghyuck mouthed a thank you to Jaemin before dashing off, escaping Jeno. He's always teased by him when it comes to Mark. It makes Donghyuck sometimes regret telling Jeno his big fat crush on Mark.

And no matter how much Jeno teases Donghyuck, he does want to help.

Jeno set off to the roof. Mark's almost always there during lunch, as he can't stand being in a loud cafeteria with all the students. Even if it is Winter.

Once he spotted Mark across the way from the door, Jeno smiled to himself.

"Mark!"

"Oh, hey Jeno. What are you doing here?"

"Um, I need to ask you something. Can you do me a favor?"

"Depends."

"I need you to pretend to like Donghyuck."

Well, that blew Mark away. He was, surprised, to say the least. Never in all of his years of life did he think someone would ask him to pretend to like another person.

But it happened.

"But Jeno, that's a litt--"

"Please?"

"But I like Lu--"

"I just want him to be happy!"

Mark was taken aback. What did Jeno mean by that?

"Jeno," Mark started, "I know we're friends, and I do owe you for getting me out of detention last year, but I can't do that."

"Why? But he likes you so much, I want him to be happy." Jeno said.

"Because, Jeno. That's lying, and I can't do that to someone. I can't give them false hope when I don't like them back. Besides, I like Lucas."

"Please, you don't have to drag it along for long. I just want to see Donghyuck happy with his crush, just for a little bit. You can even go to Lucas after."

Mark pondered for a while. Coming to a decision after a while, he looked at Jeno.

"Fine."
