Jackson looks into his mothers eyes, with a mix of emotions. Heartbroken, angry, betrayed, lost.
It's almost exactly like I feel whenever I sit down on a green, silky love seat opposite to the window. Beside the books. It's almost like heaven, with all this amazing 5 star stuff that I've only seen In my dreams. But something feels familiar about this room.
Right. Ammy was in this room when we said our final goodbyes. This was the day. The day my parents decided there own fate. But there is something else. Something obvious.
I had an hour to roam the room, since it was obvious I had no one coming to say goodbye. I looked in all the book shelves I could reach, and behind all the furniture. I even checked behind the few beautiful pictures on the wall. It was only when I had 3 minutes left, that I felt between the cushions of a similar to the green pink love seat, that I felt a chain. I pulled, and soon had the most beautiful diamond incrusted dream catcher necklace, oh so similar to mine. It was amazing, but it also had an engraving. I was so amazed by its beauty I didn't bother to look at it. I just felt around the letters, drilled into the pure gold.
I heard peacekeepers outside my door shortly after, then I shoved it into my small dress pockets, forcing out the house key. I quickly put that between the cushions before I heard the click of the door.
The peacekeeper led me outside, and I looked back to my key.
Ammy's key.
