"You're here now, your fine, and no one but you, me, Jackson, Loreal and a few peacekeepers know about it. So I don't think I have to tell you anything." He walks out of the room, grabbing the blackberry vodka from a small cart full of food.
I'm tempted to eat, but curiosity takes over.
I get up and keep walking until I find a small room where Jackson is. Him and Loreal are talking, and I could tell it was emotional for her. It would be for me too, if I could live long enough To have kids. I shake the thought from my head and walk away towards my room.
Since the water supply district 6 got was limited, they usually have the cleaned water to the working engineers from the Capitol, the residents got about four gallons a month, unless you owned a successful business and could afford to buy extra. I used it mostly for cooking, and used the little left over for drinking and washing my hair. Maybe I could do something cute to it in the morning, so I could avoid looking like a rugged hermit living in the pits of my district.
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
After about only ten minutes of trying, I got the hot water to work and washed my hair. I blow dried it and pulled it up into a high pony.
Ammy, for some unknown reason, was obsessed with hair and beauty. She was one of the best looking girls in D6, even more then the rich girls who lived in town. She even got a cheap hair drier from town with two years worth of savings. She taught me how to use rubber bands and bread ties to hold up my hair. I blink away the stinging in my eyes and walk out to find a drunk Laceon lying on the floor.
