Corey: "hey guys umm... I'll be right back"

Y/n: "okay"

He goes outside and Devyn starts laughing. You thought it was nothing so you just got on your phone

Corey's POV

My phone went off and when I check it, I see that I got a text message

Texting POV
---------------------

?????: hey dude I'm here

Corey: okay I'm coming out side right now

End of texting POV

Corey: hey

????: Hey

Corey: come on I want you to meet someone

???: Ok

Y/n POV
--------------

I see Corey walking back inside with someone walking behind him I couldn't see who it was at first but as they got closer I realized who it was. I can't believe Corey actually invited him to hang out with us.

Corey: "hey y/n, this is my friend that I told you about"

???: "Hey y/n"

Y/n: "hey Colby"

Corey: "is it ok if he hangs out wit us?"

Y/n: "of course"

Colby sits in front of you as your eating you start to get full and offer it to Colby since he didn't order anything. Good thing you ordered 2 burgers

Y/n: "hey Colby do you want my food"

Colby: "are you sure"

Y/n: "yea, I'm kinda full already"

You hand Colby the extra burger and the fries and he smiles

Colby: "thanks y/n"

Y/n: "no problem"

You all talk and get to know each other a little bit more

Colby: "we should hangout another time"

Corey: "yea, we should"

Y/n: "ok I'm down. What about you Devyn?"

Devyn: "uhh.. sure. Yea I'd love to hangout wit y'all again"

Corey: "great so I'll text you guys so we can plan it all out"

Y/n: "perfect"

Devyn: "great"

Colby: "we should make a group chat with all of us in it"

Corey: "that's true"

Y/n: "definitely it'll make things easier to plan and stuff"

Devyn: "okay I'm fine with that"

Corey drops you and Devyn off and Colby drives home. As your walking into the elevator with Devyn you see Colby.

Y/n: "oh hey Colby"

Colby: "hey I didn't know you guys lived here"

Y/n: "I didn't know you lived here either. What a surprise?"

When you were talking to Colby you both heard Devyn giggling a little bit. You heard a ding which meant the elevator was there. You all started walking into the elevator and you hit the button for the fourth floor

Y/n: "which floor do you go off on"

Colby: "same as yours"

Y/n: "really, wow"

Colby: "that's so weird"

You start to laugh. You turn and see Devyn was on her phone

Y/n: "you okay Dev?"

Devyn looks up at you and Colby then back down at her phone after responding

Devyn: "yea I'm fine"

Y/n: "okay just making sure"

When the elevator gets to the 4th floor you walk out and start getting your keys out and when Colby says he's at his door then that's when you realized that you lived right next to each other

Colby: "this is my apartment right here"

Y/n: "really"

Colby: "yea"

Y/n: "wow we live right next to each other"

Colby: "cool"

Y/n: "yea I guess we'll be seeing each other a lot more than we thought"

Colby: "yea, well see you later"

Y/n: "see ya"

You walk into your apartment and flop down on the couch exhausted

Devyn: "what was that about?"

Y/n: "what do you mean"

Devyn: "you know what I mean"

Y/n: "..."

Devyn: "you and Colby!!!! I mean you do like him after all"

Y/n: "I know but he probably doesn't like me, anyway we're just friends"

Devyn: "sure, friends with benefits"

You both laugh and you head up to your room. When you open the door you notice a bunch of your stuff missing and scream

Y/n: "Devyn!!!!!:

Devyn runs up to you

Devyn: "what? What happened?!"

You point to your room and she looks at you shocked
