Chapter 57

Recap...

 I go with the doctor to another room and he takes some of my blood then leaves to run some DNA tests. But before he said that I could go back with y/n and Sam so I did. When I walked in Sam looked like he'd just saw a ghost.

Colby: Sam?... What's wrong?!

Sam: Colby...

Now...

Sam: "Colby"

Sam softly whispers as if we're in a library or something

Colby: "Sam, what happened?!"

Sam: "I-I heard her... she- she talked to me"

Colby: "Sam, are you sure?"

I ask as he nods his head

Colby: "What'd she say?"

Sam: "she said that... she loves and misses us and... she's scared"

Colby: "scared of what?!"

Sam: "to come back"

Colby: "why?"

Sam: "I don't know. That's all she told me and then you walked in"

I was happy to know that she really was still alive but also sad that she was scared to even wake up. I slowly walked up next to her and sat down in the chair after Sam got up. I took her hand in mine and stared at her, tears welling up in my eyes once again.

Colby: "y/n... I need you... I miss you so much... I miss your laugh, your smile, your voice, oh god, I miss getting lost in your eyes every time I looked into them... please wake up y/n... I can't live without you... without you, I'm... incomplete... please come back already... pretty please... I love you"

I closed my eyes, tears now rolling down my face one after another, then I felt a soft hand on my cheek. I open my eyes to see y/n smiling, looking at me. I put my hand on top of hers thinking this was all just a dream. Once I finally realized this was all real, I quickly embraced her into a tight hug, digging my face into her shoulders, never wanting to let her go ever again.

Y/n: "I love you too Colby"

Colby: "I missed you so much"

I muffled into her shoulder

Colby: "I was afraid I was gonna lose you but-"

I just broke down crying. She was finally awake. I can finally be with her again. I can finally cuddle with her, kiss her, have an actual conversation with her, and do everything else that we used to do together. I can finally be happy again. I felt her hand travel to the back of my head, rubbing it gently trying to calm me down.

Y/n: "it's okay Colby. I'm here now. I'm fine"

Colby: "I was so scared. I thought the doctors were right but I didn't want to believe it"

She slightly pulls away and cups my face with both of her hands looking deep into my eyes. We lock eye contact and sit there for a while before she smashes her lips on mine. I feel safe again. I can't get over the fact that she's finally awake after months of sitting and waiting. Then I remember about the baby but decide to ask her why she tried to do this to herself first. I slowly pull away which was very difficult for me to do.

Colby: "y/n..."

Y/n: "what's wrong, Colbs?"

Colby: "why did you do it?"

Y/n looks down disappointed, regretting what she tried to do.

Y/n: "I don't know I just- I felt like I just made things worse for you guys like all I did was bring bad luck."

Colby: "Why would you think that?"

Y/n: "I don't know- I just-"

She broke down crying and I embraced her into another hug, yet again.

Colby: "Did you know that you're pregnant?"

Y/n:...

Hey guys! I decided to give yall another update. I'm going to start a posting schedule and see how it goes. If it works out then I may continue to do so. Anyways I hope you enjoyed this part. I think I'm about to end this story though. Let me know if I should or not.
