Colby: "you don't have to do this"
Y/n: "yes I do"
Colby: "why do you have to"
Y/n: "can't you see, I don't belong here. God I've been wanting to do this since I was a kid but everyone kept saying 'it's okay' 'it's gonna get better someday' 'your gonna have a great life when you get older, just give it a little time' well I'm tired of fucking waiting! My life has just been getting worse and worse everyday and I think it's time I stop suffering. It's not like anybody will care anyway"
Colby: "people will care"
Y/n: "oh yeah. Who will care? you?" you laugh and roll your eyes "as if you'd care about me"
Colby: "yes me and Kat, Devyn, Tara, Xepher, your parents"
Y/n: "oh please, my parents never cared about me that's why I never spent time with them I had to live with my grandma and she didn't seem to care about me either so it seems like you know absolutely nothing about me"
Colby: "well I know one thing"
Y/ : "and what's that"
Colby: "that you still love me"
Y/n: "yea but sometimes when you love someone, they don't love you back. I'm sorry but this is probably for the best"
Brennen runs up to you and grabs hold of the gun as your pulling the trigger. When he gets the gun it shoots you in the stomach and you fall to the ground
Colby: "y/nnn!!"
They come up to you and Colby picks you up and carries you to his car. He sits in the backseat with you as Brennen drives to the hospital
Colby: "y/n stay with me. Stay with me!!" He screams as tears rapidly run down his face
Y/n: "I'm sorry Colby. You were right"
Colby: "I was right about what?"
Y/n: "I still love you"
Colby: "I love you too"
Y/n: "Colby"
Colby: "yes"
Y/n: "promise me that you will always love me even when I'm being a jerk to you"
Colby: "I don't need to promise you that because I will still do it either way"
Y/n: "I...I love you... so much Colbs" You smile at him softly and cup his cheek as your eyes start closing
Colby: "no. No!!! Y/n!!! Keep your eyes open!!! Stay with me!!!"
Brennen: "come on bro!! We're here! Hurry up!!"
Your eyes close and everything goes black
Colby's POV

Y/n: "I love you so much"
She smiles at me softly and cups my cheek as her eyes start closing
Colby: "no. No!!! Y/n!!! Keep your eyes open!!! Stay with me!!!"
Brennen: "come on bro!! We're here! Hurry up!!"
Y/n eyes closed and I started crying. I carried her and ran into the hospital
Colby: "HELP!!!! We need help!!!"
Nurses and doctors came running to me and they took her.
Nurse: "what happened to her?"
Colby: "s-she g-got shot in her stomach"
Nurse: "okay we're gonna need you to stay here"
Colby: "wait what are you going to do?!"
Nurse: "we have to take her to surgery to try and get the bullet out. We'll keep you updated"
The nurse walked away and after awhile Brennen walked in and saw me pacing back and forth
Brennen: "what happened"
Colby: "they're taking her to surgery"
Brennen: "FUCK!! Okay, it'll be okay bro, she'll be fine. Calm down"
Colby: "Calm down! How am I supposed to calm down?! She just got shot! What if she's not gonna be okay?! What if she dies?! It's gonna be all my fault"
Brennen: "bro chill out! she'll be okay. I promise. Do you think y/n would want you to be acting like this right now?!"
Colby: "...no"
Brennen: "exactly so just calm down. I'm sure she'll be out of surgery soon, okay bro"
Colby: "okay... okay I'll calm down"
Brennen: "she'll be okay bro I promise"
Colby: "I know she will. She's strong. She always stays strong"
After awhile you fall asleep. You hear a nurse saying y/n name. You open your eyes.
Nurse: "y/n! Is anybody here for y/n!"
You jump up and walk up to the nurse
Colby: "yes I am here for y/n"
Nurse: "are you a friend?"
Colby: "uhhh...."
