Hiccup x reader

The New Danger

(Y/n) POV

A red dragon with spikes going down it's back. It's eyes were black, just like it soul. "What is that" Snotlout yelled and that got the dragons attention. "RUN" You yelled as the dragon roar and charged. You quickly get on Moonlight and take off, getting the dragon to fallow you.

"Hey looking for us........ Hot-Head" You said as Moonlight growled at it. The hot-head roared even louder as its mouth started to heat up pointing it toward you. "(Y/N) GET OUT OF THEIR" You hear Hiccup yelled. You didn't move. You knew that you had to get the Hot-Head away otherwise.....well you don't really want to know what will happen.

The Hot-Head was about to fire but you stayed. Then when the red dragon let out his power you close your eyes waiting for impact Moonlight move out of the way in time. The Hot-Head was about the fire again but as the fire was coming closer you see a black blurry spot that raced by you blocking you from the hit.

You where shock. You didn't even know theses people well and one of them just toke a hit for you. "Hiccup" You yelled as the one legged Viking and his dragon started to fall. You jumped off of Moonlight and diving towards them. You landed on Toothless back, Hiccup was unconscious but Toothless seemed fine so why is he not flying. You look at his tale. "of course" You quickly climbed to the saddle, putting Hiccup behind you and you immediately opened Toothless tale.

He flue up towards the Hot-head that Moonlight was doing her best to him keep busy. "Um Toothless?" You said as the Night Fury growled and shot a plasma blast, hitting the Hot-head. The Hot-head growled in pain than thought it had enough so I flue away but you knew it would be back.

The rest of the gang came running towards us as I hop off of Toothless. "Hiccup" Astrid said running over to him. "Is he-" Fishlegs started. "No. H-his ok" You said. "Oh and how do you know? Your not a healer." Snotlout said with anger. You sighed walking towards Hiccup and pulling him off of Toothless and onto the ground. "Moonlight could you wake him up please?" You asked your dragon who nodded and started to lick his. Hiccups eyes open quickly to move away from the dragon tongue.

You giggled as the gang smiled and sighed in relief. You whistled telling Moonlight to stop. "Now you see I can't stay" You said in soft voice. Hiccup stood up "You could stay and we can help you fight off umm that dragon-" "Hot-heads" You replied "And no they kill everything that breathes in a matter of seconds." Moonlight lowered her head remembering what the Hot-heads have done to the two of you.

"Hey what's wrong with Moonlight?" Astrid asked as you sighed. "The Hot-heads have done a lot to us" You said petting your dragon on the head. Everyone had a sad and worried experience on their faces, which made you panic because you didn't want them to take pity on you. "What I mean is that they wouldn't leave us alone" You laugh nervously.
