Do I like him?

(Y/n) POV

The next morning you went towards the clubhouse and found Hiccup and Fishlegs chatting away. You stood at the door not wanting to interrupt their conversation. As you watched your eyes couldn't help but wonder towards Hiccup.

The way his eyes light up as he talks it's almost distracting. 'Wait what am I thinking!?' You thought shaking your head a little in the process. "You know if stare too long it could look creepy." A voice said behind you that made you jump a little as you turn around. "Oh Astrid! Hi, I wasn't staring. I was just..........waiting?" You said as your hand rubbed the back of you neck.

Astrid looked at you with an smile on her face. "Oh ok sorry but what are you waiting for?" She asked. You nervously smiled and gave a small laugh. "Ummm I'm waiting so I can talk to Hiccup?" You said but it sounded more like a question.

"Oh what did you want to talk about?"

'Oh no he heard me!? How long has he been listening!?! Oh nononononono NOOO!' You turn around to see Hiccup. "Heeeyyyy um you know what I've... um.. forgot what I wanted to talk about. So I-I'll just leave you to it. Yeah umm bye. MOONLIGHT!" You yelled for your dragon to get away from the embarrassing situation.

Time Skip

You sit down next to a tree in the woods as Moonlight and your little white dragon play. "I still need to come up with a name for you. Huh little guy?" You said mostly towards yourself as the little dragon was having to much fun playing.

"Hmmm what about Ghost?" You said as the dragon continued to play.

"Frost?"

Nothing.

"What about.... Kai?" You asked as his he shot up and walked over towards you and lays in your lap. "Kai it is." You smiled as Moonlight walk over and gave you a little push with her head asking for your attention.

"Are you getting jealous?" You asked the female Nightfury as you pet her head with your left hand, your right petting Kai.

"You have a good bond with dragons." A voice behind you said as you jumped a little. "If a dragon hunter doesn't kill me then you guys will." You laughed. You turned to see Hiccup with Toothless right next to him.

"Sorry it's not my fault that your jumpy." Hiccup said putting his hands up in defense. You opened your mouth to say something but you close it as you crossed your arms, not able to think of anything to say back.

Hiccup POV

(Y/n) and I talked for a long tome in the woods but as we talked I noticed that she had scars all over her hands.

"Where did these come from?" I asked grabbing her hand and hold them with mine, examining them. They looked like they were serious.

When I didn't get an answer I looked away from her hands and at her face. It was bright red. I thought something was wrong until I realized I was holding her hands!?

"IM SO SORRY! I didn't mean to grab-"

"It's ok."

I froze. "What?"

"It's ok I-I'm not used to physical contact. Like I'm used to hugs cuz my friends did that a lot to me. But I don't think anyone has hold my hands before."

When she said that I frowned. "Didn't your parents used too?"

"Well I don't really remember much about my family so I couldn't tell ya. But I liked it. Holding hands I mean." She smiled.

(Y/n) POV

After you and Hiccup got back to the edge we parted ways. You walk into your hut. It wasn't completely finished your room need to have an other walk, so you slept in your living room on the bottom floor.

Moonlight and Kai cuddled up next to you and they fell fast asleep. You laid trying to think of anything other then Hiccup but your thoughts keep on going right back to him. What is this wired feeling?

"Do I like him?"
