"Here, kitty, kitty, kitty. Come out, come out where ever you are.", I shouted in the middle of the dark empty street.I walked around in the small town, I was looking for The Feral Soldier since I couldn't find the Alchemist. And when I get bored I'm feeling like a child and children just want to play. Probably I was more a teenage girl than a kid. My plan was to lure him around here and try to manipulate him so that I get some new answers for the case about the Alchemist.
I heard a rustle in the background and I turned around, forming a haze ball in my right hand. Another swish came from the other side and I turned back. I juggled the ball in my hands as I saw him as a black wolf. I smiled and then he changed his shape into the human hero.
"As far as I know, I do not own an owner but if I had one, you're definitely not the one.", he said and took small steps forward.
I too took small and slow steps and we were walking circles. Walked circles in silence and glared at each other.
"But you still came running like a lost puppy.", I said and both of us stopped heels. "Does the cute little puppy want to play another round catch the ball?", I laughed and tossed the ball but it didn't bother him.
"What do you want?", he asked as he came towards me and we stood just inches away.
I could feel his warm breath on my cold face and that made it hard for me to tame Nancy. I got weaker but still strong enough to control her. Taken aback a little I forgot what I was doing and he took advantage to push me on the ground. I got a little grumpy because of what happened but I still had difficulties staying strong.
"Oh, is Black Poison giving up?", he questioned and put his hand on my throat.
He lifted me up one-handed, my feet not touching the ground anymore. I struggled with my breath and I put both of my hands on his wrist, trying to get away from his strong grip. My heart started to race and my chest burned. I could feel Nancy getting through me so I let out a frustrated yell. Smoke came out of my breath and The Feral Soldier let me go. The two of us got down on our knees and coughed out some dark blood.
"You know I can do this all the time, right?", he whispered and before he could punch me, I snipped my fingers and vanished.
Somehow I ended in the dark forest. I didn't land on my feet elegant like usual, instead, I rolled down a hill and when I stopped, I groaned. I felt pain and that means Nancy will wake up soon.
I was fighting against her and I had an unwell feeling that she got stronger too. I had to change my plan. I had to defeat the detective and at the same time the hero otherwise Nancy will win this war between us. I took off my clothes so that she won't have a clue that we're the same person. Shortly after I handed her over the control.
I screamed as my body burned hard. I crawled on all four and clenched my hands into fists until blood stained my fingernails. I noticed that I wasn't at home because the ground was muddy and cold. I looked at my body and saw that I was again, only in underwear and dirt concealed my skin. I got scared because I can't remember how I got here in the middle of the night.
Because it was freezing outside, I didn't care if people stared at me. At that moment I just wanted to get back home, but that's the problem. I have no idea how I got here and I don't remember the way back. So I got up and just walked in one direction with the hope that I recognize a place. And that's what I did, I walked until a car pulled over. I didn't know how I managed it to walk, but as soon as the ginger-haired man and another very familiar face pulled over with their red car, I felt weak and crashed on my knees. I watched how Danny get out of the car, but my sight got darker within seconds. And before I fainted he could catch me in his open arms.
