My eyes were glued to the television screen. Every passing moment, I felt my heart break a little more...I had taken Jack's advice and switched on the news for clues on why he left so suddenly.
My head reels with every revelation. He was the son of the feared Nightmare King who had somehow escaped to Auradon along with Hades.
And Jack actually took Fairy Godmother's magic wand out of comission. But when Pitch Black embraced Jack I couldn't hold it against him to side with his father.
Then we learn Mal is Hades' daughter as well as Maleficent's. And what's more...it seems King Stephan had once loved her...only to betray her by stealing her wings to achieve Kingship! What was Arendelle doing, being allied with a man like that!?
And when I learn of the tragedy that befell Jack's mother...and of her identity...I felt the room's temperature lower to 10 below. Anna's teeth chatter, so I calm myself.
Then I see it! Prince Charming Jr. takes Jack's staff and BREAKS it!
"NO!" I scream. I release a shard of ice narrowly missing the tv.
"Elsa!" Anna threw her arms around me. Kristoff stands next to us, concerned.
"What are we doing? What am I doing?" I feel snowflakes flurry in my stomach.

"It's gonna be okay, Elsa." Anna rubs my back, soothingly. "What do you need us to do?"
I think for a moment...I know what to do. And it may not be well recieved, but this is for the best, I just know it.
"Kristoff, would you be able to drive to Auradon this afternoon?"
"Yeah..."
"Good. Anna, you should dress-up we're going to be having an official royal meeting with Auradon's leaders."
Anna's eyebrows raised but she just nodded.

Kristoff drove us to Auradon Prep where everyone was still fretting it seemed.
A guard stopped us at the entrance. "Hello, what's your business here?"
Kristoff shrugged and said, "Her Majesty, Queen Elsa of Arendelle's here to speak with the rest of the royalty."
"Okay then."

Kristoff waited at the limo. Me and Anna went ahead to speak to Aurdon in general.
King Beast was surprised and not in the best of moods. I however wasn't feeling so pleasant myself, but unlike him, I knew how to keep my temper at bay.
"Excuse my disturbing you, King Beast. And you, King Ben. But I wished to discuss an urgent matter."
"We know Hades and Pitch Black are on the loose with Jack Frost. Don't worry we'll get the situation under control." Ben soothed, misunderstanding my intentions.
"Thank you, but that's not what I came to speak of today."
Everyone froze in shock. I give a small, cold smile.
"I'm here to ask how many more lies and untold truths has Auradon hidden. I would like to know what exactly my country has agreed to be part of."
King Beast looked enraged. Belle clutched his arm with a warning look.
"Queen Elsa, I assure you Arendelle's safe." Ben said.
I shook my head slowly. "Arendelle's not perfect. But I would sooner see it fall than it be supporters of tyranny and unspeakably inhumane crimes."
"WHAT!?" King Beast bellowed.
Anna reached for her sword. I shake my head. I blow softly at King Beast coating his head lightly with snow.
"You need to cool your temper, Your Majesty. You make less enemies that way."
Anna snickered.
"Queen Elsa!" Mal interjected, looking panicked. "This is not a time for us to pick fights! Auradon is weaker if they can't stand together."
"You support people who willingly wronged and slandered others including your family and claimed they were heroes for it? Mal, you know nothing of loyalty or poetic justice." I look at everyone.
I meet each one's gaze. People I knew, people I met, and people I hadn't. I was about to make a serious and dangerous decision.
"I hereby withdraw Arendelle from Auradon. It is now an independent country. I am its sole ruler. Good day all."
"Queen Elsa-" King Beast began as me and Anna turned to leave.
"Oh, I will also be writing to my cousin, Queen Rapunzel of Corona. I think this whole matter would interest her."
As an uneasy silence fell, me and Anna turned away slamming the door. The cold never bothered me anyway.

Author's Note: YAY!!!! New chapter in Elsa's POV! And she's now an independent ruler! Oooh. Auradon's lost one ally. And she's gonna inform her cousin... Yes, Rapunzel and Eugene will be appearing.
