So Warren is currently 16 years of age at the beginning of this story. He was born into a pretty messed up life, his mother was addicted to pretty much every drug and alcohol that you could think of and his father died before he was born. He made it to the age of 2 years old before Child Protective Services was informed about his living situation with his mother and they intervened. Warren didn't have any close relatives that he could stay with as far as anyone knew so he's been bouncing around from foster home to foster home ever since, Warren's also had nothing but terrible luck with said foster homes, which you'll see in the very near future.
