"He's back in Korea." I laughed.

"He's an idiot for thinking he'd be safe here. Where is he?" I asked.

"We don't know yet. But that is where the lady said he bought his ticket to."

"Okay. Come back we'll figure it out together." I hung up and looked at my desk. The topaz ring of my only daughter sat perfectly on my desk. "You were stupid for marrying that man." I picked up the ring and stared at the stones. Three topaz stones sat in the band and the biggest one was in the middle. How can something like this hold such great power? I looked over to the picture I had of my daughter and I on my desk. "Don't look at me that way. It had to be done." I slammed the picture down and stood up. "Your daughter will serve great purpose to me you'll see." Just wait and see she'll find them all for me and I will have control of the balance of the Earth.

"Hyun Ki." Kyung Soon said as she stared out the window and looked at the rain.

"Yes?" she turned to look at me and smiled.

"Was it a good idea to come back to Korea?" she said. The rain hadn't stopped since we got here and Kyung Soon stared outside since the moment we got to her new apartment.

"Why do you think it wasn't?" I said as I continued to unpack my things. I unwrapped a photo frame and smiled. It was Lim Si Woo. I had not seen him since I was assigned to Kyung Soon. I'm not sure who he got assigned to either.

"I'm not sure. It must be better than Japan. No one thinks I'm crazy here." She walked away from the window and to the box next to me. "Why are you unpacking by yourself I told you to wait for me."

"I can do it. I'm your manager after all."

"Manager. Not servant." She smiled and unpacked some of the décor we had from the other apartment. "Are you going to tell me who the mystery man is?" she said as she hung some frames up.

"What? I don't know who you mean." I put the frames back in the box and took out the rest of my stuff.

"I know you better than that silly." She walked over to me and took out the frame from the box. "You always look at this when you think I'm not looking." She looked at it and smiled. I couldn't help but smile even if I felt my face get red. Kyung Soon had that type of smile. She had the type of smile where you had to smile back because of how heart warming it was. "He seems familiar!" she said as she gave it back. "Whoever it is I hope you're happy." She continued doing what she had started.

"Thank you." I said. I know he was assigned to protect someone like me, but I never did find out where he had gone. "Kyung Soon."

"Yes?"

"It wasn't a bad idea coming to Korea. You deserve all the happiness in the world you know."

"Hyun Ki." Her voice seemed like she was relieved.

"I'll be by your side. I promise, I don't think you're crazy."

"Thank you Hyun Ki."

"You're welcome." In fact she wasn't crazy. Everyone around her just didn't understand her. But, I know the truth and because of that I will always be by her side.

"AH!" I had rolled up a towel to bite on while I took care of my wound, but it was pretty bad. I had the sink running and was using the water, but it was really painful. Once I was done I put the bandage over it and wrapped my torso in the gauze that I bought. "Ugh Kang Moon Soo." I said. I finished wrapping the wound and I laid down and turned on the TV. I went over the channels and stopped in the news.
