Layla woke up to the smell of this musky earthy scent that over whelmed her and it made the bitter metallic taste in her mouth even stronger. She groaned stirring from her sleep when a rush of pain throughout her body roared and she remembered what she went through and panic washed over her, her eyes shot open, she looked around the room. They were blurry, her body was filled with aches and pains and her stomach nauseated. She rolled off the bed and quickly started to throw up on the dirt floor so many times she thought she really was going to die.
Once her stomach subsided she looked around and realized the room was a really dark red color, which made it really hard to see, she wondered if that was something the walkers used against vampires, she has never heard of it, but it was working.
"What happened?" She mumbled to herself as she rubbed her face and eyes hard.
As she looked around at the dingy concrete room that looked no bigger than a broom closet, it was barley big enough for the bed frame with the Yellow brown mattress she was laying on, the floor was dirt with an iron door that had a small opening at the top and the bottom, one for looking in and the other to slide food into the room, which made her panic more because whomever her captor was...they kept you for long periods of times to need a bottom slider. She looked around and she could see brownish red spots on the walls, the door and her mattress...
"Blood" She whimpered bitting her lip.
She covered her mouth so she didn't throw up again, that was when she realized she was wearing a black dress. It was just as dingy and dirty as the room with its matching blood stains and a few rips. The realization of someone undressing and redressing her made her sick to her stomach, the idea she was unconscious and mostly naked with whom ever changed her made her nauseas again.
Layla stood up in a panic and tried to shimmer out, but couldn't.
"Goddess no..." She whispered.
"The iron...It...It must be in the walls." She said touching the concrete.
She tried the door, pulling it and to unlock it, moving the door with her gift, hitting the door as hard as she could but all was for not.
"DAMN IT!" She screamed.
"LET ME OUT!"
Tears started to fall from her lashes as she fell back against the wall sliding down till she was sitting on the ground. That was when she heard heavy footsteps walking and then stop in front of her door.
She jumped up and ran to the door.
"Please...Please let me out, I think this might be a mistake."
There was laughter on the other side of the door.
"It is not a mistake." The male voice laughed.
"My master has been waiting for you to awake."
She swallowed hard.
"Why...Where am I?"
The little slider on the top of the door opened.
"Your new home" He voice bombed, or at least to her it echoed as she looked into his deep black eyes and felt her soul shake.
"Please, let me go. I will tell no one and we shall both be safe." She pleaded, but the male started to laugh
"Please, a word will never leave my mouth." She begged.
He just started laughing.
"Please...Please.... Please don't do this please, I beg you!" She cried.
"I suppose you will have to plead to my superior for your freedom."
