The Gamemakers’ Center
The Gamemakers are busy working designing the 16th Hunger Games. The Head Gamemaker, Oseanus Bloutekh, oversees the efforts of the Gamemakers. As he passes by a Gamemaker’s table a Gamemaker calls out, “Sir! Look!” Oseanus calmly walks over to his station.
“I’m thinking of flooding the arena,” the Gamemaker tells Oseanus. “There are too many alliances, and we need to get rid of them.”
Oseanus smiles, and he replies, “This will be an extraordinary mournful Hunger Games. I hope President Snow loves it. Set it at 6 in the morning.”
