A huge black cat nearly kills me, its paw bigger then the soccer goal back at the field. I never really believed that black cats were bad luck but i also never believed in a place like this. I look up, their is a large redwood tree and i can see a little birdhouse. It looks pretty much deserted, no birds are nesting their. So i pick the leave off of a soft plant that almost feels like velvet, and start the journey up the tree. I put one (tiny, miniature) foot in front of the other.

"Is this world bigger then my real one or am i just smaller then everything else?" I thought out loud although there was only the bees, very large ones at that, to hear me.

"Oh, You never really find out. I have been thinking that question since the day i arrived here." A quiet voice replies.

"Who's their?" I say half relieved and half scared because i almost just lost my grip and fell off the large tree.

I was just putting my foot in between two pieces of bark when i heard the voice again.

"Oh i am sorry if i frightened you. I am Christine, but you can just call me christie."

"Hi, I am Aria. I can't remember how i got here or what this place is." I say hoping for a few answers.

"This Alestina, and i am sorry to say that i don't know how you got here. But if it makes you feel better, none of us really do." She says softly.

"US????" I say shocked, "There are more of you, i mean us"

"Yes, of course. Here, follow me, I will show you." Christine says.

Christine has long blonde hair, she is wearing a lacy pink dress and blue flats. Then, i notice something else about her. She has two medium sized blue wings coming out from her shoulder blades. She looks back down at me.

"Oh, right. I forgot you don't have your wings yet. I guys i will just give you a lift." She says, as if its totally normal two have to 'wings' sticking out of your back.

yet? I think. Am going to be able to fly? That would give me an advantage when i would play soccer again. Christine holds onto my wrists and pulls me up to the little bird house (which was actually very large, up close)
