Epilogue 2

It was nearly a week since Reva and Suhaan were married. They were enjoying the marital bliss and but missed they missed Granny. She had gone to stay with Kishore and Indu until they would return from their Honeymoon. Reva was yet trying to fathom the fact that she was married now; she was….MRS. OBEROI and not Ms. Roy. It had almost sinked in her but still it took a while since eveything was just too quick. Suhaan had gone to wind up his last minute work and she had to pack for their honeymoon.

Post the wedding-

They headed to Suhaan’s home in Mumbai and Reva was elated seeing Granny. She hugged her tightly which proved how happy she was. Reva was upset because granny din’t attend their wedding and Granny told her lovingly, "there is something more coming up."

Reva eyes were wide in excitement she wondered now what was her lawyer upto. She looked at Suhaan expectantly. He was tight lipped about the same.

"That's not fair, Suhaan." She made a puppy face.

"Everything is fair in love and war, my darling," Suhaan chuckled.

"Well madam can I escort you to your bedroom." She blushed when she heard the word bedroom. This was the beginning, the moment, the love yet to be felt and sensed. The notion of sharing a bed with Suhaan gave her electric shocks. She could look at him. He walked her inside their bedroom. He could easily interpret her butterflies and creeps flying in her stomach.

He turned her towards him and made her look into his eyes.

"Easy Reva there no rush, you have all the time to be comfortable, understand and when your heart agrees we can take our relation to the next level. I love you, and can wait till eternity for you." He professed so easily and honestly.

"Suhaan"..... she fumbled not knowing what to say or how to react but he touched her forehead with his and stayed there. He kissed her forehead taking her in his embrace which he was craving since long and so was she. They stayed like that for a long moment the purest warmth they were absorbing and their hearts were being fed by content of happiness. The adoration, the madness which they felt was being expressed.

"Suhaan what made you do this?" She finally found her voice.

"What!!" He asked casually.

"Our unusual wedlock?" She quipped.

"That was little plan and a stunt.Well, I met Mr. Roy 3 days back due to some reason. I wouldn't reveal and you would never ask about it. Than a few questions followed that a father of a bride would like to ask to a prospective groom and he would happily answer. He was impressed and i was perfect for you so we're you. Then he requested me not get in touch with you…you know Mr. Roy wanted to get rid of both his daughters before the elder one jilted another altar and younger one refused for some other reason." She gave him a killing look and he laughed.

"How mean," Reva uttered. He hit her with a smile so genuine that stole her breath.

"Anyways Reva you need to go back to your home Roy house." She looked confused.

"Uff my better half, I am not leaving you, don't worry. We need to collect your bags clothes and your stuff. I'm sure by now all would be ready. And if you wish too you can stay over for the night with your mom." He spoke in an understanding manner.

"So thoughtful of you my dear husband… but which husband wants his wife to stay for their 1st night to her maiden house??" She questioned rolling her eyes. "You surely seem to be starting new trend, arent you?!"

"Mrs. Oberoi do as said," he pleaded cutely.

They rested for a while and headed to Roy house. As soon they reached they had a grand welcome by Mr. Roy and Poorna. Since she had not met him in person but she trusted her husband and her daughter's choice. The newly weds sat with the oldies and had a lively talk and Poorna could see some glimpses of Jayant in Suhaan and he seemed very sorted and smart like Roy. Definitely he was the right choice for Reva and she mentally thanked God for what happened, if at all Akhil and Reva would be married God forbid Jayant would have never forgiven her for this blunder. She was teary but the happiness on Reva's face was so visible and the way Suhaan saw her, his love was evident.
