"So tell us why was she laughing?" Trijya said looking at Bihari. I realized now, a glow has formed around him. He looked handsome, even divine.
"How would I know that, dear Trijya?" He asked smiling within himself.
"Aren't you supposed to be omnipotent? Omniscient? Omnipresent?" She said a bit angry but still smiling at the god's act of innocence "At least that's what you said in Gita"
"You're Vishnu?" I asked
"No dear, I'm one of the incarcerations of him, Krishna not him. And yes I might know things but why would I tell you" he asked his eyebrows rising.
"Because we're trying to save a goddess? And because it's kind of your duty to protect people and everything, at least you can help us" Rashi said with babydoll eyes. I knew even a god can't resist that. But he did though
"I will answer all your questions but before I do give me something that is not mine"
"Oh also all three of you get only one chance"
I thought for a second, well everything that I have isn't his so I got my hand in my pocket and found a few rupees so I just got one out and hurled it to him. He caught it and smiled.
"Really? Ashoka, Ashoka!" he said as if I had just answered 2+3 as 5 to my teacher who had really believed in me. "Dear, have you meet my consort? Do you not know all the money in the world is mine?" He looked at Rashi who was in deep thought. He did not say anything, neither did any of us, a few minutes passed.
"I give you my Trust," she said, her face looked like she was hoping for it to be true.
"I own your trust already my dear, everything is from me and within me" he opened his mouth.
In his mouth was the entire Cosmos. As I looked in it, I saw galaxies and stars. I saw our solar system. All 14 worlds simultaneously. Oh, I should mention here that there are like 14 worlds, 7 good and 7 bad.
He closed his mouth. I felt empty as if something broke, he looked at Trijya hope in his own eyes.
"I give you nothing," she said "nothing isn't your's"
"But it isn't your to give either"
"It doesn't exist, I have claimed it and now I give it to you"
"If it doesn't exist, how can I have it?"
"You cannot, but I can still give it to you"
He smiled "very well then, ask me".
"What are you doing here?"
"Well Hindu Singh Chandel named it after me, so I've made it a habit of coming here time to time"
"What dose that mean and who's that guy?"
"He was the one who found the city and named it Kanahiyapur, on March 24,1803. They have now changed the name to Kanpur."
"Why were you running from the witches though, can't you just destroy all of them or just fight?" Rashi asked I guess all us could ask him because he answered.
"Have you ever heard why the call me Ranchhoddas?" He asked when no one answered he followed "because I don't fight unless it's a necessity, I run from the fights"
"Braves of you" Rashi mocked the god, seriously though the girl had some guts.
His face didn't change, I didn't know how he always had a calm smile on his face.
"Better a cowardly than cruel"
"The main question is, can we kill Tadkasur? Or defeat him in any other way?"
"Yes, he has a boon that he can only be defeated by a Child of Shiva, thus Ashoka should be able to defeat him," he said now the smile didn't shine on his face "but without a Powerful weapon, it's not possible. He has fought gods and defeated them. You certainly should not consider him just another Asur"
"Don't I own the most powerful Bow ever made?" I asked as I had read that my bow Pinak was really the most powerful bow.
"No, it is not. Not certainly after Ram broke it into two and you only have a recycled bow that was made by using half of the bow" he said like he was just talking about TV series over tea. "Yes it's still quite powerful but you don't know how to use it and you don't have any divine arrows for it to fire. So, in conclusion, it's just another bow."
"So what should we do Lord Krishna?" Asked Trijya
"I wish I could give you all the answers in the world, though nothing is really stopping me, it's better that you find out yourselves." I thought that was it but then he started talking again.
"Go to Atal Lok, maybe the Yaksha king will help you" with that he vanished. But where he was standing, there was a peacock feather laying there.
Rashi picked it up " well now we know why the girls back then were crazy about him". Even Trijya started laughing at it, who just a second ago looked like she was going to puke.
"So where's Atal Lok," I asked
"Just below you," Trijya said looking down
