Ten was used to those unexpected situations, since having the friends he had and coming from a financially comfortable family, celebrities and famous figures were not so surprising anymore. He took small sips of his coffee looking at Johnny.
"How did you recognize her from this distance?" the despair was real, but he couldn't show it.
"Your car is right there, it's easy to recognize people when you see them over and over on TV."
Johnny knew that if he took too long to answer, Ten would discover the whole truth with the absurd sixth sense he had. Without stuttering, he preferred an answer that was neither so lie nor so true in the desperate impulse his heart suffered that minute.
"Okay..." a sigh. "I need you to keep everything that I will tell you now a secret, alright?"
"Ah, this will be fun." an evil smile.
"A few days ago her and I met by chance and then I remembered that we studied together in Chicago."
"How come you didn't remember that you studied with her before? Like, you knew who she was all this time" he was extremely outraged.
"I don't know. Hey don't judge me, stop that face." he pointed briefly at Ten with his eyes wide. "Moving on, she was afraid of getting involved in scandals and because of my mother's interview, she knew about my job. So we signed a contract and now I work as her personal personal trainer."
"You what?!"
Johnny quickly covered Ten's lips with his right hand. Laughing, Ten licked Johnny's hand just to get rid of it.
"Ugh!" he shook his hand in disgust wiping it off on Ten's white T-shirt.
"If you are her personal trainer, then why are you having breakfast together?" he mischievously smile again. "Are you on a date?"
"Stop, it's part of my job to drive her around."
"What, that's not what a personal trainer does, or is it?"
"Would you say no to a job offer having bills to pay?"
"Oh yeah, you got fired, I forgot about that."
"See, we're even, Jaehyun told you about me too." Johnny stared impatiently at his car in which the singer laughed alone while looking at her phone. "Alright, I think I better go before I get fired again."
"Okay..." again that strange smile.
"Don't tell anyone Ten, please. The boys are her fans too, it's going to be a hell of a roll if they find out she's my classmate."
"My lips are sealed" with a nod, Ten unlocked the doors of his blue Hyundai Sonata.
Headache, that's what Johnny was starting to feel when he knocked on Yuri's window and handed her the coffees and sandwiches.
"Thank you for the food" she smiled excited by the delicious aroma and the warm coffee.
"After eating what do you want to do?" he smiled.
"Warm-up and exercises" she took a medium bite of her salmon sandwich.
"The sooner we start, the fastest we'll finish."
Johnny found himself sighing more than he normally did that day, however Yuri hadn't realized. However he wasn't so uncomfortable spending the morning with the singer. They drank coffee and talked about random things, like her performances, rehearsals. As soon as they got home, they started warming up for the exercises. Johnny managed something simple at first, since Yuri commented that she'd never had classes and instructions like that before, just the basics at the gym. Her main focus was on dancing and singing practices.
