I never thought I'd move a hundred miles from home, but I couldn't stay there; I never intended to in the beginning, until I had met him; Jax Teller. We were supposed to start building a life, but luck wasn't on our side. I put the last of my boxes in my truck.

"You're more than welcome to stay," Gemma said, "you're family, Sweetie.".

"He's not coming back," I murmured softly, "He will never come back.".

I shut the tailgate of my truck, then the hugs began. First was Gemma, then Tig, Half-Sack, Kozik, Chibs, Happy, Opie and Juice. What surprised me the most was with each hug, each person kissed my forehead.

I wiped my eyes with my shaking hands as I felt a soft smile replace to frown on my trembling lips. I rub the back of my neck, trying to think.

They all did what Jax would've done if he were here, my subconscious tells me, you should stay a few more months; they'd definitely adore a princess of SOA.

I turned away and hugged myself, shivering lightly. I take a deep breath and climb into the driver's seat, jumping when the driver's side door was opened again.

"Scoot," Chibs said firmly, "you're still one of us; even when you're carrying Jax's kid. We ain't letting you go; Happy and Juice will escort us; Opie will follow in the van; I'm driving so you can sleep.".

I rubbed the back of my neck as I scooted to the passenger seat, "Chibs, thank you. If I were on the road now, I'd probably would've been in a wreck. My nerves are shot and I didn't sleep well. You guys mean everything to me.".

Chibs squeezed my knee, smiling softly, "We'll get you to Santo Padre in one peace. Just rest, Little Momma.".

I leaned back and closed my eyes, my head rolling to my right.

What can go wrong in Santo Padre?
