When we got onto the train, we sat in two seats at the end of the train, near a big window.

Me and Cole talked about our lives and got to know each other more, after ten minutes, the train pulled to a stop once again, and more people boarded the train.

After a moment I heard laughing and giggling, I look towards the train door which was still wide opened, to see five girls who just boarded the train, all of them were wearing booty shorts and crop tops, one of the girls pulled out a phone, which looked similar to the iPhone X, but thinner and bigger. The girl snapped a picture of Cole and I, and all the girls giggled and started walking slowly in our direction.

“Oh gosh” I heard Cole whisper under his breath.

I whipped my face to my left and asked Cole “do you know those girls?''

“Yes, I do” Cole stood up. “Let’s go”

“I thought we didn’t get off for another four stops”? I asked Cole.

“Not anymore, let’s go” Cole pulled me out of my seat with his strong arms, trying not to hurt me. Cole wrapped his arm around my waist and guided me down the stairs, down to the ground level.

We walked down the street, passing buildings and stores, Cole seemed concentrated on trying to find something, or somewhere.

“Where are we going” I tried to stop walking, but Cole kept pushing me to walk. My best guess of why Cole is hiding from those girls is that he knew them, or one of them at least.

“Just keep walking, there’s no time to talk” Cole replied, very seriously.

I looked behind us for a split second, and those five girls from the train were following us as if they were a group of stalkers.

Cole and I continued to walk fast down the streets, as those girls continued to follow us, finally after walking for a long time, I followed Cole into a very nice building, possibly an apartment building or a hotel, it looked expensive and made for wealthy people.

We went in an elevator to the 21st floor of the building, and Cole brought me to a door that read “2106” possibly the room or apartment number. Cole unlocked the door and we walked in.

“Wow,” I said. Words could not explain how incredible this place was. The living room was a wide-open space, with huge windows looking out towards the city. “What is this place”? I asked Cole, unsure of what else to say.

“My apartment” he replies.

I gasped. “Your apartment? How could you afford this place? I’m sure it was expensive”

Cole looked around the room, then back at me with a nervous smile on his face. “Oh, uh my parents work for the government, I got a discount” Cole said, it sounded like a lie, but I doubt it would have been a lie, he doesn’t seem like the type of person to lie.

“Oh...so now we don’t have those girls following us, could you tell me who they were?” I asked, hoping to get an answer.

“Uh...one of the girls was my ex” Cole said, sighing softly. This sounded like another lie, but I wasn’t going to judge, so I didn’t mention anything.

“I’m sorry they followed us,” I said softly, trying not to make him feel worse.

“It’s not your fault, she was a crazy stalker, that’s why I dumped her,” he replied.

“Wow, that would explain why she basically followed you home,” I say.

“We can just wait a few minutes until they leave, then we can go back to our adventure” Cole smiled, and sat down on his gray couch. “Come sit,” he said, gesturing me to sit beside him.
