I woke up on my bed.I guess Elliot had gotten Gabe.

"I'm glad you're finally awake." Elliot said.

"How long was I out?" I asked.

"Two hours."

I sat up slowly and looked at Elliot. He wouldn't look at me.

"You should go see Gabe."

"Why?"

"Just go see him."

He left the room after that.

I got out of bed and went down the hall to Gabe's room. As I walked, I thought about why Elliot seemed mad at me. Was it because I used my telepathic abilities?

Gabe's door was open so I just walked in.

"What, Gabe?"

"Since we don't have a parental figure, I've taken it upon myself to be the parental figure."

"...What do you mean?"

"I mean, you disobeyed me."

"How? By using my telepathic abilities? I FOUND WHERE LACIE IS!" I yelled.

He froze. "What?"

"Yeah. If you're gonna punish me, wait until after we get Lacie back. I'm the only connection we have to her right now."

He sighed. "Do you promise me you'll be careful?"

I nodded. Then he nodded. "Alright. Go get the others gathered up. I'll be there in a minute."

"Oh...Kay..." I mumbled and went downstairs to get everyone.

Gabe:

After Lexie left, I laid my head on the desk. I took a few minutes to breath and think.

What is everyone gonna do when they find out the murderer is an anegl? A powerful one at that.

And worse...What's Lexie gonna do when she finds out the murderer is Vincent?

~...~

Gabe came downstairs about five minutes after I did, but he looked miserable. I wasn't gonna worry about that now. I looked at Alice, Oz, Elliot, Luke, Jack, Gabriel, Sadie and Emily.

"I found Lacie. I know exactly where she is."

"Where?" Luke asked.

"She's somewhere in South Dakota."

"So, we're still here, why?" Emily asked.

"We still need to train." Gabe said. Everyone agreed.

"I have something I need to tell you guys." Gabe said.

"What's up?" Alice asked.

Gabe looked straight at me and my siblings. "The murderer...He's not human. He's an angel. A powerful one."

Sadie stood up. "Why the hell didn't you tell us this?!"

"I thought it'd be easier if you didn't know!" Gabe yelled, which shut Sadie down from saying anything else. "There's something else too..."

Now he looked guilty. "What's wrong, Gabe?" I asked.

"Lexie...This murderer...It's Vincent..."
