CHAPTER 14

We made it just in time to stop Skyler from overdosing on sleeping pills.I hug her tightly,not too tight to hurt her but tight enough.
''Thank god we stopped you,I don't know what I'd do without you.''
''Me too.And I thought I lost you forever.I thought you'll never wake up.'' She says,hugging me with all her strength.Bella comes in through the front door,jumping as she saw Alice,Ali doing the same.
''Alice?!'' She says hugging Ali.She pushes Bella away.
''Would you like to explain to me how you're still alive?!And what is that god awful dog smell?'' Ali asked,scrunching her nose.I sniffed the air,recieving a musk,woodsy smell.
''What do you mean?She doesn't stink at all'' I tell Ali,clearly confused by her disgust.
''What do you mean?She smells like a mutt.And I know she can't shift into a wolf which means she got the smell from somewhere else.'' Ali explained and we all walked to the livingroom.Bella was busy explaining to us what happened when I was suddenly hit with that woodsy scent again.I slowly breathed it in,enjoying it.
''I had to make sure you're alright'' I heard a familiar voice.Jacob.
''Carla?Is that you?'' I freeze as he says my name.I slowly turn to face him and stare into his brown eyes.I could see him freeze as our eyes connected.
''Hi Jakey''

~Jacob's POV~(Finally!!!)

I freeze as our eyes connected.She no longer had those beautiful chocolate brown eyes with a tiny hint of blue.No,now she has bright crimson eyes.No!She can't be one of them!

But that wasn't what made me freeze.I suddenly didn't feel gravity holding me to the earth anymore,it was her.Is this what Sam felt when he imprinted on Emily?My imprint.She's a vampire.

But she doesn't smell like any other blood sucker.She smells nice,her usual lavender and lemon smell but stronger.

I feel myself slowly moving towards her,reaching towards her flawless face.But before I could reach here she grabs my hand.
''Did you just imprint on me?'' She ask cautiously,interwining her fingers in mine.Her skin was freezing cold but mine was blazing hot.We're complete opposites!Why did I imprint on her?
''You might want to stay away for a little while.I can snap at any moment and I don't want to hurt you.'' She says,stepping back and pulling her hand away.

Bella motioned for me to follow her to the kitchen,probably wanting to scold me.
''Imprint?And what are you still doing here?''
''I had to make sure you're safe.'' I answerd just as the phone rang.Angrily I picked it up.
''Swan residence'' I said and heard a certain bloodsucker's voice asking where Charlie was.
''He's not here.He's planning a funeral'' I say,angrily and slam the phone down.

~Carla's POV~

Edward thinks Bella's dead.Emmett thinks Skyler's dead.I gasped as my eyes turn pitch black and the black tears run down my face again.
''Bella!'' I call to her.Both Jake and Bells comes out the kitchen.
''Edward thinks you're dead.He's going to the Voltori to get himself killed.Emmett as well.Rosalie told them about our visions.If you want to save them then we need to go!Now!'' I yell and speed out the door.Jacob tried to protest but it didn't help at all.
''Jacob.Like it or not,they're apart of my family.And you know how I get when it comes down to family.'' I put my hand on his chest,stopping him from saying anything else.I soften my gaze.
''I promise I'll bring Bella and Skyler back safely'' I kiss his cheek and climb in the car,which instantly sped off.

Within a few hours,we were in Italy in the city of Volterra.I was covered in total black.Black leggings,black spaghetti strapped top,a black leather jacket,black gloves,black socks and Vans,and even black sunglasses and a big,black beach hat.My job would be to follow Sky and Bells and make sure no one gets hurt.

There was a festival going on with everyone wearing red capes.As soon as Ali stopped the car,Sky,Bells and I jumped out.My sisters started pushing through the crowd with me following in the distance.They got to their lovers just in time before anyone could see their diamond skin,and pushed them into the shadows.I followed them and opened the big,metal,double doors they were standing behind,and walked right into all of them kissing.
''Oh!Jesus Christ!Get a room would you!'' I told them covering my eyes.They chuckled and I was soon engulfed in a hug.Edward hugged me with all his might but I easily pushed him away.
''Are my senses failing me or did Ed just give me a hug.Cause if he did the world must be ending'' This got the others laughing but they soon stopped when two guys joins us.
''We no longer require your services'' Ed said holding Bella.
''Aro wants to see you''The taller one of the two says,Felix.He threw two robes at the two half naked guys.
''Holy shit is that red velvet?!Can I get one?'' I ask,jumping up and down.
''You can get their's when they don't need it.'' The shorter one snaps at me.Demetri.

''Asshole'' Ed thinks
''You can think that again'' I tell him in my thoughts
''You can hear me?'' -Ed
''Well duh!''

''Come on guys.There's no need to fight.'' Ali says,slipping through the double doors.
''Take us to Aro'' She adds.They nod and we start following them.

I have to say,they got a nice place here.They lead us to a big room with three vampires seated in thrones on a small,marble stage.I recognised them from pictures Carlisle showed me while I was still human.Marcus was the one on the left,Aro in the middle and Cauis on the right.
''Ah Alice!Glad you could join us.'' Aro says in a creepy way. ''And you brought Bella,Skyler and Carla Swan aswell.'' He adds.
''They know of our existence.But they're human.That is against our rules.'' Cauis said
''Actually-sorry to interupt but-I'm a vampire too.'' I say raising my hand.They focus their attention on me.
''I actually awoke a couple of hours ago''
''And your gifts?'' Aro asks greedily.I shrug
''Don't know yet'' I lied
''Well, I hope you find out soon.I am very intruged to what power you might hold.'' He turns back to Ed.
